I had already bought this product, but it was canceled by you guys for some odd reason, saying it was a high in fraud risk or due to high chance of chargeback. I had no intention of committing either of the 2 things.

When my previous order had not shipped within 11 days and having heard nothing, I emailed the support team. They replied that it was delayed indefinitely and canceled the order without explaining why they hadn't reached out yet and without offering to find a similar item for me to purchase. Not great.

I had to go above and beyond to get a FEDEX investigator involved, who stated that ANTOnline should have submitted the lost item help ticket instead of me. I filed a police report and submitted it along with the numerous emails between myself and ANTOnline's customer service team back to ANTOnline and they finally refunded the cost of my stolen product. Do not do business with them.
Hi, thanks for providing great deals. I just want to suggest one thing and that is for folks who have family for over two decades and share same credit card information, it seems a bit challenging to get the payment authorizations approved when I tried to purchase a product for my spouse when she needed this product. Cases in point: I was declined when I tried to use family Amazon Pay and Family DISCOVER card to pay for the item on your website. When I used my individual credit card, it worked. Please fix it.
