I want to thank the rep. That helped me in securing our wonderful 2 bedroom apartment at Oakridge Crossing in Fort Collins, Colorado. The staff here is wonderful.

On a Sunday morning, my parent's oldest friend stated he was ready to talk about senior living. He's 73 and a year ago this wasn't an option at all for him. He was adamantly against it. I immediately started looking up options around us and A Place for Mom popped up. I filled out the questionnaire and BAM! I received a call and all our questions regarding their free services were answered.

I was tasked with finding a home for my mother with very short notice.
I was provided information about a number of options, and was able to make an informed decision.

All the information and assistance was fantastic, however extremely overwhelming how many different facilities reached out and how quickly. I was assisting for a relative and have an administrative background. I spent days and hours fielding companies. It was a lot to deal with

With Joanne Neumann's help from Place for Mom, tomorrow we are moving my sister into Brookdale Cape Cod in Hyannis. Thanks to everyone for making it happen.

We were given several candidates for our consideration. All were serious contenders for our sister and she will be moving into one in the near future.

The facility I had my wife in closed down and gave me 30 days notice to find a new place for her. A Place for Mom assisted me in finding her a new facility within two weeks and it has turned out to be an improvement over the prior location.

Helped me find the right place for my wife in time for her hospital release.My wife is adjusting well and the facility is very nice and close.

From my initial contact, I was provided with several possible placements for my family member. Each of these places reached out right away. My case manager was Martin and he offered wonderful advice and kept in touch with suggestions and help.

My mother-in-law fell and needed to be moved from assisted living to memory care within a 2 week period of time. We couldn't have done it without A Place For Mom. Our assigned case manager was a true lifesaver! Vicki helped me set up tours and followed up after the tour to see how it went. She provided additional options when needed and gave wise guidance when we asked for it. We moved my mother-in-law to her new facility yesterday. She is content, and we know she is safe. We are incredibly grateful to A Place For Mom!

I was nervous about calling them for help. I am glad I did call them. They were very helpful in getting appointments set up to visit assistant living places. They helped even when it came time to pick a place for her end of life care. I am glad they were around to help relieve the pressure off having to set up all the appointments.

I only spoke to our local person once and never had a conversation with the California office or the people that located one place for us. It is not going well where they recommended, and they never followed up to see if it was a good match. I feel like we were left to our own device. I tried to call them, but never got a call back.

A Place for Mom was very helpful throughout the process of finding an assisted living community for my elder relative. They were forthcoming with information and helped with recommendations based on the agreed upon criteria. They even helped negotiate initial start up charges with the community we decided on.

I was overwhelmed with the professional service that Marnie did for us to get my Dad the service for home care. Marnie also provided many facilities to contact me for not only tours in Amarillo, Tx, but prices to meet my Dad's need. We went with a great company to help my mother at home to take care of my father. I would mention there name, but this review is for A place for Mom. Major kudos to all the staff that has worked with this company including Jason.

When I first contacted A Place for Mom, I thought it was the name of a memory care facility and not a referral service. Soon after I filled out the form, I started getting phone calls from memory care facilities in the Coachella Valley. I narrowed down my search primary in the Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs area due to the proximity to our home. Shilah Jackson, Senior Living Advisor, was very helpful in setting up appointments for tours of the facilities. Throughout the search process, she kept in touch with me on a regular basis. By calling me on a regular basis, she helped alleviate my concerns and guilt during this difficult decision of moving my partner to a memory care facility. She kept reminding me that what I am feeling is not unusual and that other spouse/caregivers go through what I was going through. Subsequently, we chose a facility that is a part of A Place for Mom facilities.

Jill worked hard and diligently for me. She not only came up with recommendations but worked the phone setting up appointments for me. I told her my reason for moving from my current senior living community was budgetary. Jill then spoke to the different communities and negotiated lower rent costs for assisted living. In the end I ended up choosing Commonwealth Senior Living in Hampton.
I have been delighted with the results from working with Jill.
