I usually don't put more money than 100 euros in running shoes. For these pricey gel quantum 360 4, i got a nice deal, the second pair of shoes at 80% off. When i tried them at the asics shop, they felt great. Cushioning is important when you run a lot and are not light (i weigh 85 kg). Asics is usually an excellent and my favourite brand for running, and i ve never been disappointed until this product. When i buy a pricey Asics, i have some expectations. After 18km of in wood running, my knees are sore. Really disappointed. Be careful if you choose this product. Mine was made in Vietnam. Coudln't find any similar comment on the internet.
Ordered a pair of shoes. They never arrived. Got charged. Called over and over, sent email after email. Am now disputing the bank to get the $85 charge off the credit card. This is fraud, Asics.
Asics Canada website is not trustworthy. I bought a pair of shoes and returned them because they changed the fit so that after 25 years of wearing the same size they no longer fit. So I returned them to the address requested by Asics. They stated quite clearly that there would be "up to" a 14 day hold on them before being processed. Now they are doing a bait and switch and saying it is a minimum of 14 days and they don't know when it will be processed. Very unethical way to do business IMO. I do have the actual emails of all correspondence, it wasn't just a verbal one. I recommend that you stay away from any dealing with Asics lest you have to return your purchase and end up on the never never plan for your refund. Not to mention that the quality and fit is not what it used to be. I sure wonder what Tiger would think about the way that the North American division treats their customers and their lack of customer support.
