My phone fell out of my hands face down Sunday evening. The screen did not shatter, but the display was destroyed. I knew I had insurance but did not expect to have a working phone the next day. I haven't filed a claim in years and expected to wait on a shipment of a refurbished device.
I filed the claim Sunday night online, and to my surprise the first appointment was at 11am Monday! I chose the afternoon option between 1 and 3pm. I left instructions on how to operate my gate.
The tech called shortly after 1pm. I met the tech and they were able to fix my phone in what seemed like minutes. The tech took the time to help me navigate my apple account because I don't remember passwords. Extremely satisfied with the entire process. Thank you.

Very effective in their dealings with their customers.

I had a cracked screen. I scheduled an appointment for screen repair with Asurion. I opted for service at my home. The technician was on time. He texted me when he would arrive. The repair was done in his van onsite. I was also able to purchase the screen protector that III needed as well. It was all done quickly and professionally.
Owen called before he pulled up knocked on the door and once he got my device he began working right away. He was fast and did a great job. I am very pleased with the service thus far.

Easy and fast. The only way I can rate my experience. The agent was very professional and polite. I received my phone the very next day, how Cool is that? I was with Boost mobile before I transferred to consumer cellular and I had to put in a claim for a phone and It took 3-5 days before I received my phone and I had to watch for the UPS truck every day to make sure I didn't miss them because I was not able to track my device and if I was not there they would just leave my package 📦 on the porch which it makes it easier for a passer-by to easily steal. Very frustrating. It felt like I was doing security at a job. I've been a customer for almost 3 yrs. And I love it.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
