I wish I just saved my other review it was way more detailed but this service was a life saver because I dropped my phone after 2 weeks of getting it and thank God they are good at what they do because it was making me crazy I cracked my screen. They came early and very knowledgeable person doing the repair and because of the Logo on the truck people actually asked how to get their phone fixed as well hand's down extremely happy at the service that I received and as I said in my other survey I did I really wish Verizon had customer service like this company because they have the worst customer service you can get in the world I mean horrible you talk to them through chatting good luck getting someone on the phone it doesn't happen but this company called last week and told me everything and texted me when they would be here and when they were outside to fix the phone excellent hopefully Verizon reads this since the insurance is through them.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
