Needed a battery and to my surprise got a refurbished phone in 2 days!
The phone screen was replaced by a very Competent person who did a great job, quickly and with no problems. It was replaced by a mobile repair employee who came to my house and worked lout of a van. I would have preferred to have gone to a brick and mortar building at my convenience rather that having to schedule it and being tethered at home for 2 hours.
The process was very streamlined and simple. I wa able to resolve my issue from start to finish in a few hours. My repair was completed within that same time frame as well. A very straightforward process.

However, I was told during my initial claim that I could upgrade my phone for $275, so I went ahead and bought accessories in preparation for the new device. Unfortunately, the phone never arrived, and when I followed up, I was told the offer was no longer available. That was really disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I would suggest only offering deals that are guaranteed to avoid confusion and frustration. Great service, but poor follow-through on promises.

My experience with AT&T been with them for a long time and I like them. The replacement was 123 very quick a phone call a couple of yes and knows and what happened and replacement was there in less than four days I can't complain that's why I'm with them it would be nice to get a next upgrade. That would be cool. I have a 13 pro and it'd be nice to have the 14 pro make me happy even though I'm happy now with you guys, but a big cheese and smile would be great.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
