This was my 4th purchase on this site. Very clear process, great savings, a wide variety of items, good service, and easy website navigation. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it would be even better if Spanish customer support were available.
Bidding on auction time was convenient and very helpful. Will keep using them in the future thank you very much
Great Matt!
Excellent easy to work with and what I bought was exactly like the post said it was
Thank you Richard!
I was bidding on 2 different Claas Convio bean heads and according to the screen i did not have the high bid on either head. Then at the end of the auction I got an email that I bought both heads dont know how this is possible but it happened.
Good experience. Auction site reloaded timely to show updates very quickly. Bid process was smooth. Never felt like I'd miss a bidding opportunity.
Thank you for the feedback, Brian!
If I put in a max bid, someone would bid it up to that max but not over. Happened multiple times. Seems a little suspicious. The experience will definitely change the way I bid. Makes me not want to use auction time anymore.
Thank you for the feedback. Someone with follow-up with you shortly.
Don't understand, had the bid 7 seconds left, adds time but bid didn't change, did this several times, bid never changed, how do you add time without a bid change
Thank for the feedback! Someone will follow-up with you promptly.
Quick and simple bidding process and easy contact with seller who was extremely nice and helpful in the whole process
Great to hear!
First time and enjoyed it. Smooth and easy and a lot of fun. Will be looking for more opportunities.
Glad you liked it!
They called me and they said he don't want to let him go so let's see what's happening
Thanks for the update! Someone will follow-up shortly.
The bidding process was smooth... everything I needed was in front of me.
Thank you, Dave, for your kind words. We're glad the process felt smooth and straightforward for you. We look forward to seeing you in future sales!
Very satisfied experience. Reps were very helpful. Always accommodating.
We are always here to help! Thank you for the feedback.
Went well, was having some issues with getting back to item after bidding but may have been my fault
When I got the truck home, I got underneath it to change the oil and saw that it is leading brake fluid from the left wheel. It also has a leak on the upper right brake line. When I put the emergency brake on it snapped the cable right off.
Thank you for your feedback. Someone will reach out to you promptly.
Overall the experience was good. I only had one thing, I was watching via my desktop computer and before the sale ended it vanished from my desktop and I was not able to get it back it was like the auction ended and it still had minute or two left. I was able to watch and complete on my cellphone. But would not have been happy if for some reason i didn't have my cellphone or if my signal was not available. Not sure why this happened. It was not just me I also had my son's watching and they had the some trouble and were not able to see the auction end on their computers.
Thank you for the feedback! I understand your concern, please understand sometimes voice/data connections are subject to "hiccups" or degradation and that's not something we can necessarily control. We appreciate your understanding.
It was easy to navigate and bid on an item. Overall the experience was good
Good to know!
When bidding on most online auction sites the bid is subject to a step-up process. When the current bid is $100.00 and someone bids $500.00 and the bid increments are $100.00. The bidder would expect a bid of $200.00 given there was not a higher maximum bid the computer was hosting. NOT THE CASE HERE! If you bid $500.00 and there is no lower competing bid; you do not just raise the bid to the next increment; but you raise the bid to the full $500.00. This is really terrible given that it is not the industry standard for bidding.
Thanks for the feedback, Bruce. The bid increments on Auctiontime.com are set for the seller on each individual auction, $100 increments is the overwhelmingly most frequent increment used on our platform.
Upon further review, I did review the auction you were bidding in and the increments were set at $100, however there were some bidder using max bids which can affect bidding, but nothing would prevent you bidding in $100 increments.
In your example above you were bidding against a Max bid which is why it didn't accept your bid from $200 to $300, but accepted your $500 bid, then bid another bidder $600 since they had a max bid above an beyond your bid. If there was no max bid your $300 would have been accepted using your $500 bid, and would then move up accordingly in $100 increments.
So far so good, I haven't picked up the item yet. However thus far it's been nothing but smooth sailing.
Greta to hear, Richard! Thank you for the feedback.
Definitely use this crew again. Very thorough answered questions quickly got me lined out on an auction item and their followup was excellent. Good job guys!
What we want to hear!
Seller was dishonest with information on listing said trailer pulled down the road like it wasent behind you that was because half the trailer was rusted away beyond repair. I get that it's an auction and is sold as is but you should at least be honest with what your selling now I own and over priced POS

Answer: Hi Mohammad, Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price. So definitely pay close attention to the listing that you are bidding on. Good Luck! -Mitch
