Very good and easy it all work just as planned. I'm looking forward
Live action bidding was great and did not require refreshing.
Thanks for the feedback, Tenant!
It was ok I guess. I know the owner of the equipment I bought. Could have had more info about some of the items such as type of engine and transmission.
Hi Henry, thank you for sharing your feedback with us., please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to seller about questions over the item. See you next sale!
It was my first time biddng on auction time everything went well I actually won the item I was bidding on
Thank you for the feedback, Kenneth!
It's pretty straightforward. The only thing I wasn't clear about was payment. The way I set up my account, I thought I was going to be using my credit card. It was only when I received my invoice that I realized I had to pay cash.
Thank you for the feedback. All payment will be made directly to the seller.
Havent gotten an invoice from Auction time for commission and sales tax. Other than that my experience was 5 star.
Thank you for the feedback!
The post from the seller was misleading. I thought I was bidding on 2 items 1 money. I won the bid but for only 1 of the advertised items. 😞
Thank you for the feedback! We'll let the seller know.
First time experience with AuctionTime. Could not have been any easier. Help with registering was an easy phone call away.
Received real time updates on my bids which allowed me to time my last bid and win the auction.
William, thank you for sharing your positive experience! We're glad the registration process was seamless and that the bid update notifications helped secure your win. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to supporting you in future auctions.
Overall good experience. It was my first time using an online auction so I was a little nervous. I will definitely try again sometime
Thank you for the feedback. You item was in a group with three other item that were taking bids, time extends for all item in the grouping until the bidding is exhausted on all item sin the grouping. There's a message next to the bidding area that explains that.
Not a good site. Other sites have a list of how much stuff sold for, not on this site. Do not recommend.
Thanks for the feedback, Cody! We have all of our auction results available for every auction from the past year. We keep a 52-week rolling score board for those logged in to see. Someone will reach out to you to show you where to find them.
Easy to navigate the site, easy to look up equipment, quick response after purchase
Easy button installed!
We've purchased a couple items on AuctionTime over the years. Yesterday when we completed an auction we were surprised to see the buyers premium added onto the final bid, not included in the total. Looking back, I understand we just overlooked this but would really appreciate it being much more clear if possible that the seller's listing is setup like this.
Thank you for the feedback. Auctiontime.com doesn't add a buyer's premium to any item, any fee added would be by the actual seller listing the item. Those fees would be listed in the bidding area and should be clearly visible. Some items have BP some do not.
I placed my highest and last bid at $6,900 and was outbid and watched the vehicle sold for $7500. And later, was sent an invoice and followed by a phone call that claimed me as the winner at $ 7500.
Thank you for the feedback. Someone will follow-up with you regarding your bid.
Quick, simple, predictable bidding platform. The refreshed look is okay. I miss the feature to set my zip code for distance search. The current revision does not remember the zip code and has been throwing errors when entering a code. Also: either finish merging with Equipment facts or get a divorce. Biggest pain point is watch list end dates. On AT, they are at the back of the AT lots, regardless of end time. On EF, it's a scrambled batch of $#*! that makes me close the page.
Thanks for the feedback, Matt!
Everything thing went great,
My only concern is not being able to see and monitor other bid numbers. It might be that I am overlooking that option.
Thank you, Terry!
Very easy to bid and understand. Have used you in the past with success. Everyone there is very helpful when I have questions.
Thank you, Al, for your kind words and continued trust in our services and your feedback. See you next sale!
Other auction sites allow ach payments to be made directly from the website. If auction time had this it would save a lot of time after the sale.
Thanks Nathan, we'll let them know.
Super easy to deal with, and as a first time buyer my "newbie" questions were answered quickly and kindly. Great experience
Newbie to expert in no time!
I always use the app when I log on to bid. Recently I received a new format. I don't like it near as much as the old one. I don't know if there's a way to get that back or not. The old format was much easier when you're bidding on multiple items.
Thanks for the feedback! We'll let the developer team know.
Answer: Hi Mohammad, Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price. So definitely pay close attention to the listing that you are bidding on. Good Luck! -Mitch
Glad to know!
