Auctioning and bidding on equipment is simple and cost-effective with AuctionTime. Powered by MachineryTrader.com, TractorHouse.com, and TruckPaper.com, the auction platform brings together buyers and sellers in the construction, agriculture, and trucking industries to move new and used equipment at auction values. Whether you are buying or selling heavy machinery, farm equipment, attachments, heavy-duty trucks, or trailers, AuctionTime is your go-to online auction resource.
Buyers from around the world use AuctionTime.com’s searchable database to find equipment, truck, and trailer for-sale listings 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bidders can communicate directly with sellers about specific auction pieces or go see the machines in person. Unlike conventional auctions, which typically require assets to be moved and sold at a later time, assets listed on AuctionTime.com are sold as they are, where they are, with online auctions held every Wednesday.

I started bidding on an auction about 7 to 9 days before closing. The auction experience went mostly smoothly and until the end where I was the highest bidder. Unfortunately, once I contacted the seller, they indicated to me that the product wasn't actually available. It should have been removed. This created a very poor experience, making the auction site completely unreliable.
Went just fine, on one of the pages I had open and watching it would not show were the equipment was located unless I opened the tab and then opened the view details, was kind of unhandy
Thanks for sharing your feedback, Mark! We’re glad the experience went well overall, and we appreciate your honest note about the site navigation—it’s really helpful as we look for ways to make things smoother for everyone.
Easy to use website, an AuctionTime representative called me during the last day of the auction to see if I had any questions or needed help, overall great experience. Thanks
Thank you for the feedback, Dan!
The new platform is not easy to use or user friendly. Big iron's platform is preferred over auction time especially with the day's auctions. The old platform was much more user friendly.
Thank you for sharing your experience, Perry. We're sorry to hear that the new platform has been challenging to use and appreciate your honest feedback. We are continually working to improve in order to provide a more intuitive experience and hope future updates meet your expectations.
I called after the sale and they told me they would send wire instructions along with the invoice. NOTHING, after 2 phone calls and a call through Nick at Housby Transoirt. Second day and waiting.
Just checked my Junk mail also NOTHING.
Very easy. Self explanatory. Quick response with a question and instructions. We are excited to get our ambulance here to us and in service.
Thank you for sharing your experience, City of Etna. We’re glad the process felt straightforward and that our support was timely. Wishing you all the best as you get the ambulance into service.
It was good, Really dont like extending the time due to more bids coming in the last moments.
Thanks for the feedback, Mark.
Bought kitchen cabinets through Kobza auction in David city Ne. Great people to work with! Very helpful from time to look at items, to help loading my purchase up. Definitely will continue to do business with this top-notch seller.

Thank you for the feedback, Mike!
Communication was good. Didn't like having to wire the payment but I guess that's on the sellers end. Overall good experience. Thanks
Thank you for the feedback, Michael!
One company in pa didn't send an invoice for 10 days then says i need to get the equipment off their lot within 2 days. It had been so long i figured i didnt win them. That doesnt seem like good business to me. The next place shows pictures of a complete skid loader. When it arrives it is missing the front door which was clearly in the pics. I have spent weeks on the phone trying to get this resolved. I call auction time for help to resolve this issue. What a waste of time. Makes me very hesitant to buy anything else on this site.
Thanks for the feedback! Someone will follow-up with you shortly. Auctiontime.com isn't the seller of the item and merely the platform the seller is using to sell the item.
I have used this site and their services several times. Both to buy and to sell various machines. Not only have I had good experiences, I would rate it as a bit exciting as well. Tractors, backhoe, wood splitter, dozer, trailer, and an mini-excavator.
Thank you for the repeat business!
I had not used this auction before, they made every thing very easy connecting us with movers for the equipment we purchased. Thanks to all of you. Bill
Thank you, Bill!
I wish that items in ones wish list would still be on a list showing what they sold for much like big iron does. If you don't write the lot number down you have to go through a lot of steps to find what an item sold for, even on your wish list.
Thank you for the feedback. We do keep wish list items archived on our Past Auctions tab under the wish list. Check the left-hand margin for Type of search and click the Outbid category to find past wish list items.
Overall experience was very good. I have bid on Auctiontime several times, but this is the first auction I won. I never saw where it said I won (like on other sites), It said I was high bidder and I noticed the time ran out. I didn't know if I won or my phone was just running behind. Turned out OK thanks
Thanks for the feedback! The banner notification would be at the type of the screen. It may have been covered on your screen if you were still in the bidding area of the screen you would need to scroll up to the top of the screen to see it.
It was very simple, just watch the clock and do your research on the equipment that you are interested
Good to hear!
I saw something I liked and bid. I don't necessarily appreciate the phone call to remind me to bid, that felt a bit like over reach.
Thanks for the feedback! The phone call is done as a courtesy, you may opt-out if you prefer!
Auction was smooth and I was notified nearly immediately that I was the high bidder. Only negative is that it would've been nice to get notification that bid was accepted or out bid. Very smooth overall.
Hi Harvey, thanks so much for your thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear the auction went smoothly and that quick notifications helped. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us!
My extreme appearance with AuctionTime was an excellent one very professional staff. Their customer service services on point had a small issue with logging information and one of their management team reached out to me personally to assist me. Excellent job guys and I will do business with you again.
Thank you for the kind words, Dameion.
First time bidding on site. Spent quite a bit of time watching the bidding, and with approximately 40 minutes to go, message came up and stated all bidding had been paused due to a technical error. I was thinking "great", wont be able to finish the auction process. But problem was resolved very quickly, and was able to successfully finish the process, and won the bid! Overall was a great experience! Looking forward to use AuctionTime again.
Thank you very much for the feedback, David!
Answer: Hi Mohammad, Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price. So definitely pay close attention to the listing that you are bidding on. Good Luck! -Mitch
Thank you for sharing your experience, Jeff; I completely understand how frustrating that must have been and sincerely apologize for the oversight. We're actively working to ensure accurate listings so future bids truly lead to reliable transactions, and we hope to provide a far better experience with your next auction participation.
