I am having to take my DOV claim to small claims court and Monica will still not refund my money. USAA insurance wouldn't even give this report a look. Do yourself a favor and fight this yourself.

I contacted them about my new vehicle that got rear ended. When we first started communicating she was more than willing to explain the process and how it worked. Although she was pushy for an answer if I wanted to do the claim threw them she was very professional and friendly. I didn't have my card on me so I had to call back. When she answered I asked her a couple questions and she pretty much just repeated what she said in the first phone call. She asked for my card number, and I gave it to her and said she was gonna send me a receipt in 2 minutes, I started to say something and she told me okay that's all I need for now I'll give you a call back when I need anything else and before I could get a word out she said okay bye and hung up the phone. Saw I'm a single mom. And money is tight. And she knew I had a baby cause she heard her in the background and mentioned she could hear her. I feel like I've been scammed and taken advantage of. My views may change, but as a first impression I'm completely stumped. With ongoing issues with the wreck I was in, my stress is already at its maximum. I truly hope my stress isn't thinking for me and everything works out in the end.

This is a waste of months of my time, and money! I negotiated before contacting Autoloss for $250.00. Autoloss is very misleading, and provides one with a lot of USELESS paperwork that the Insurance Company laughed at! I even got the Florida State Insurance Commissioners office involved! They told me to cut my loss and accept the $250.00 as that was what I would receive! So in the end? Jeff at Autoloss mentioned that he would speak with Monica about a refund of my fee? Last I heard from them? So in the end? I ended up with nothing! Because their fee washed out what I would have received! SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is a scam the unsuspecting/trusting public operation!

I spent many months trying to resolve a case painfully and the strategy the Autoloss team uses is to throw as much spaghetti on the wall as they can and seeing what sticks. Their figures and calculations for damage incurred changes every time, and the team is generally incompetent. If you bring this issue up to them, it won't help either as they immediately get defensive and deny any wrongdoing. Their responses also take days to arrive. Please save your money and go elsewhere. My friend had a similar case that he fought himself and he got more money than I did, without factoring in the fee I paid this incompetent team. Do not recommend in the slightest.

I used autoloss to help out with my DOV. The sent out a report that was not helpful. The insurance company refused to speak with me and would not review any documents from Autoloss. I filed complaints as requested by Autoloss and tried to receive my 100% money back guarantee and all i have been receiving from Autoloss is rude emails and telling me that I apparently know Diminished Value better than they do. They are rude, not helpful and will not stick to their 100% money back guarantee! I highly do not recommend them!

Please do, because once they get your $200 and they fail, they will act like you'll get a refund and keep telling you that Miss Fisher will get back to you soon. I heard that a few times 3 years ago.
