I am very glad I found autoloss. After researching diminished value for a few weeks i happened upon autoloss. The staff was very attentive and seemed to be up on the latest laws. Outstanding service! I have never had a diminished value claim to file for in the past so this was all new to me. I looked it up on the internet and read many articles on the topic. It seems you have to meet certain requirements like (you have to own the vehicle, no liens or loans or the money will go to the lien holder and not you. After all it is still currently the lien holders vehicle until it is paid off, not be at fault, file for it in a certain amount of time, and prove your diminished value loss. This proving the loss is something that the insurance company will reject your claim on. You send them stuff and they say you did not prove your loss, You then send them more stuff, and they again say you didn't prove your loss. It just goes on forever.

So I contacted Autoloss and after I told them I met the criteria of not at fault, I own the vehicle outright, Had the repair bill in hand I was told that for $325.00 they would get everything in order for my diminished value claim. They said if I didn't get a settlement for at least that amount I would be refunded the $325.00 So nothing to loose and everything to gain I agreed and hired them. 3 days later I had a report, with PROOF of diminished value loss. Proof in the form of a very detailed report showing comparable vehicles with similar mileage and zip codes ect. Autoloss sent it to the Geico adjuster after I read over it and approved it. 10 days later I had a $12,000 (yes twelve thousand dollar) check from Geico.

I am thrilled with this company! I hope I never need you again, but if I do get hit again you will be my go to.

I paid Autoloss $350, to provide diminished value quote, after an accident with significant damaged. BE AWARE, they will ONLY provide a quote, (without any proof or supporting information). YOU will be required to provide all supporting information to back-up THEIR quote: dealer appraisals (if you can even get 1), pay for additional carfax reports, etc.
This company also falsely claims to have "numerous full-time staff". Monica Fisher (owner) is the ONLY employee. Don't dare call her for any information or clarification. Called for the first time to clarify her email; she was literally yelling and interrupted any question I tried asking, for taking 5 mins of her time. This woman is insane.

I am extremely happy I contacted Autoloss. My parked car was in a bad accident and I had tried to fight for diminished value myself and made no progress. I spoke with a few other companies and they said not to waste my time with this insurer unless I was prepared to go to court. I then contacted Autoloss and Monica and her team was confident that they could help me. We hired auto loss specifically Monica from a referral of an acquaintance. We had not been able to settle on a fair amount with our insurance company after our truck was stolen, tested High in doses for numerous drugs and was therefore totaled. Monica was awesome listening and working with us to get fair value from our total loss (stolen) truck. I highly recommend Autoloss.com to anyone needing an adjuster that works for you, the insured. Autoloss.com also assisted in asking us to invoke our clause that insisted the insurance company appoint a public adjuster outside their company since the adjusters inside were not very responsive to our loss.
