Auto Loss and Monica were great to work with from the very beginning! I was provided a free quote that my Diminished Value (DV) was $15,000, which was much more ($7K+) than the estimate I was given at a dealership on my own. Also, my insurance company denied my original DV claim I did on my own, that's when I sought help. Auto Loss was the best $350 I ever spent in this situation. The turn around was 24 hours, I had a report in hand, they sent it to the insurance company for me, and then my insurance company called me 2 days later. They tried to offer me $10K for the DV, but I negotiated $12K (never take the first offer). This was $4K more than I would have been able to get on my own, and a whole lot more than I originally thought was possible! Thank you, Auto Loss, you made this such an easy process. Money well spent, don't give it a second thought!

This business advertises itself as an auto-diminished value appraisal business, when I approach this business, I asked the owner about the business process. She told me she would need to see the repair report, and based on the report she would come up with the appraisal on diminished value. I asked her how she would use the repair report? Would she ever sell it to anyone else? She said it was client privacy, she would not sell it to anyone. And she would only charge $250-$350 for the report

However when she called me in the afternoon, she did not mention any diminished value report, instead, she said she would send these reports to a string of places, with her inflated overwhelmingly ridiculous number on original value and loss value. I felt I run into a snake oil salesman. I asked her why she violated the trust and broke the commitment of not selling data to anyone. She said she's making a living on it. What a SCAM! Avoid this business at any cost!

After totaling my brand new Dodge Ram I was given an offer I was not happy about from insurance. I hired Autoloss to negotiate with my insurance company and they did a fantastic job. Not only did they get me what my truck was worth, they also made it from hands off for me which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company if you think insurance isn't taking care of you.

Monica did everything for me, including submitting my claim to the insurer. After sending their own adjustor, the insurer settled my Diminishment of Value for $1,500.00 without argument or hassle. The repairs were just a bit over $1,000.00!

I had used AotoLoss.com before on a claim of 11,000.00, and settled for $9,000.00. I think that when the insurance companies discover that I knew about AutoLoss, they decided n my favor.

There are many other services that Monica offers such as help in negotiating, dealing with low-ball offers, etc., but I did not need that, as the company paid.

Diminishment of Value seems like an industry secret. My body man on the first claim tipped me off. So, as a result of THIS claim, I netted over $1,200.00 that I otherwise would have "left on the table."

I was given a discount for having a prior claim, and am absolutely satisfied.

Autoloss. So thankful I called you to take my claim. Insurance was low balling me on a total out for hail damage at a insulting $9000 for my 2002 Excursion. Monica and her team turned around and made my return $16,500. Very easy to deal with. 100% recommend. Thanks again!

If there was a lower rating I would use it this is a horriable service this business claims that they can get you a higher DV settlement through them from the insurance company offers. Starts out the settlement estimator on the website after punching the numbers in that I filled in gave me an $12,000 DV, when I contacted Monica her responce was I have a $7,700 claim for the DV after I signed up and paid $300 for this service I was sent car values and pricing in a word templet to approve to send in to the insurance. I got a responce from my Insurance that they are only going to offer $2,000 after forwarding this back to autoloss they told me to get local bids though other places. When i submitted this info back the counter offer from autoloss was to settle for $2,800. This is a scam business not providing the advertised service just to get money from you with no results the offer is a far cry from the what they said you should get. It take over 2-6 days for them to contact you and as claiming that they can help you get a higher value is bull their information is very misleading, and I was enticed to buy this service. I want a full $300 refund buyer beware you can tell I am not the only one who got shafted from this service all the negative reviews posted I wish that I read before buying this product.

My 62-year old father was hit in a motor vehicle accident and his "like-new" 2020 Toyota was badly damaged. After my great experience, I reread some of the low ratings for this company on Yelp. I notcied they had excellent ratings on Google, BBB, and Sitejabber. In retrospect, I believe that many of the complaints are actually complaints from people that never used Autoloss. In my case, Autoloss did everything in a timely and very professional manner. Based on my experience, I give them a 5-star rating and I woudl use them again.
