Auto loss was great. They did everything they promised. Insurance company tried to counter our requested amount but ended up settling for the amount we requested after Autoloss sent a demand letter. Hopefully we'll never have to use Autoloss again but if we do now I know where to go.

AutoLoss is a great company! They helped me recover a large sum of the diminished value on my F150. Keep in mind that you have to do some legwork in the form of negotiations with the insurance company but AutoLoss really provides all the tools you need to fight for what is yours. They were professional and responsive the entire process. Remember, the insurance company is going to ty and lowball you and make it sound like your AutoLoss quote is ridiculous. It's not. Autoloss is deep on your side and no matter what the insurance agent says... it's your money and fair compensation is due to you. Keep in mind Autoloss can legally only help you so far. You will have to negotiate with the insurance in your own way. Stick to your guns, be consistent, firm, and maintain your cool. Auto loss will help you the entire way and give you the tools to accomplish this. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and do so heartily. I will also not hesitate to use them again should the need arise as they were well worth the small cost compared to what I was able to claim back from the insurance company. I just got done dealing with Monica at Autoloss in Portland. I initially contacted her in mid June after my 01 Tundra was stolen and totaled and after getting ridiculous offers from the insurance company to settle.
Although this took a while to settle and we had to get an umpire involved, I did manage to get what my truck was worth after all. One word of advice, these things take time and the insurance delay tactics are at play so lot of patience is required.
Sad I had to go through this but Monica@ Autoloss team made it bearable.
