I purchased the full subscription to AVS4YOU several years ago and never regretted it. There is a powerful program to accomplish almost everything I want to do when editing my movies. It is one of the best value for money purchases I have ever made. The ability to download the latest updates, at no additional cost, as the programs are developed is remarkable. I have turned to AVS4YOU for support on many occasions and always received helpful information and advice within a day of posting my question. I highly recommend AVS4YOU if you are looking for a one stop shop for all your media file editing tools.

I recently upgraded my Mobius camera's firmware from v1.20 to v2.41.

AVS Video Editor v7.4 imported the v2.41 clips and edited them without any issues.

BUT - anything captured at 1080p would no longer render in AVS. 720p at both 30fps and 60fps worked fine, but it just wouldn't render the more recent 1080p clips.

I tested some older clips that were from pre Mobius FW v2.41 uprgrade, and they still rendered perfectly.

So the problem must have something to do with the v2.41 firmware doing something to the clips that AVS didn't like.

I contacted AVS support, supplied an example clip that still rendered (Mobius FW v1.20), and one that would not render (Mobius FW v2.41).

Carl from AVS had a patch file ready for me within a day or two.

I ran the patch, opened AVS Video Editor, and rendered the vid made up of Mobius FW v2.41 without any issues.

Very happy with the customer support from AVS and the quick turnaround time for the fix.

Suite à une mise à jour de mon système d'exploitation, je n'arrivais plus à utiliser plusieurs des logiciels de montage vidéo de AVS4YOU que j'utilisais jusqu'alors sans difficulté. C'est là que je mesurai les grands services à la fois des outils logiciels qui me manquaient cruellement; j'ai apprécié la qualité du service d'assistance: réponses rapides et pertinentes.
Maintenant que tout marche bien, je retrouve avec plaisir ces outils qui ont encore plus de fonctionnalités que je ne le pensais. Avec Video Converter seul, désormais, je peux TOUT faire! Merci à l'équipe du service d'assistance, très réactif!

Habe am 20. 5. 16 den AVS Document Converter gratis erworben (über Zeitschrift-Abo "PC-Welt", Gratisvollversion des Tages), habe nach der Installation den Freischaltcode via e-Mail seitens AVS bekommen und freigeschaltet. Den Code habe ich leider nirgends aufgeschrieben und die e-Mail gelöscht. Anfang August installierte sich bei Windows10 das Anniversery-Update und der Registrierungsschlüssel beim AVS-Programm war weg. Darauf hin ersuchte ich AVS und PC Welt, mir den Schlüssel wieder zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dies war unmöglich, denn meine e-Mail konnte nicht prezisiert werden. In Kulanz stellte mir heute AVS alle 11 Programme zu einem Superpreis zur Verfügung. Ich möchte mich für diese beispielhafte, geschäftspolitische Entscheidung recht herzlich bedanken, denn AVS traf keine Schuld. Die Schuld lag in erster Linie bei Windows-Microsoft.

Recently I needed assistance with AVS Video Converter and Video Editor and contacted their customer service. Their response was outstanding and exceeded my expectations.

I based my expectations on more than 30 years working within manufacturing and quality control industry and always rate my service providers on how they respond when there is an issue and wished all my suppliers performed as AVS did

AVS has the best CUSTOMER SUPPORT I have found anywhere. I am most impressed. AVS Video Converter is an excellent product, but for a technical idiot like me, at first it seemed complex and daunting. I didn't really understand how to navigate my way through it and my system of trial and error meant I made a few wrong choices.
Then I contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE and all my problems were solved. They were superb. They understood my problem and solved it at once. They answered directly the questions I asked in simple, everyday language that I could understand and now I can use this excellent product to maximum effect.
They are a model of what customer support should be - but often isn't. Do not hesitate to contact them. Top Marks.

I'm a long time user of this perfect multimedia tools pack and want to say that since I acquired it I install no additional softwares. It covers almost all aspects of PC life: from image conversion up to registry cleaning. No other words are necessary - a set of reliable programs from trusted company which cares of its users.

I have used AVS4YOU for 6 years and have been very happy using the VideoEditor particularly. The programme could be slightly more intuitive - for instance I use the multi-trim facility a lot but when you first use it, it is difficult to find its location - now resolved. This week I had a problem with audio synch for edited videos and their support team provided me with advice and a resolution within 5 hours - great support - thanks. Angus.

Hello, I just thought I should take this opportunity to let you all know what my secret to outstanding music on YouTube is, it's simple as one, two, three, and AVS4YOU Audio Editor and the rest of the suite the fine folks at www.AVS4YOU.com offer, I started using it in 2013 with my first YouTube channel, it was very popular, and so was the second again fueled by AVS software, well, now that I've kind of gotten the hang of it, I'm outputing songs at 30 fps and in 5.1 surrround, when you add 30 fps and 5.1 surround sound, it equals a HD video on YouTube, it's the software once again that must take this bow, and if I were you, I'd only consider AVS4YOU, it's the best...
