I have used many others but now that have been so dependable at doing the project may not have bells and whistles of Nero but when i had reload to hard drive failures or when building a new unit support staff was right there to help and weren't happy till i was satisfied that kind of service is worth gold it is nice to have free things at times but if you want to feel the confidence of your software paying the subscription fees is so totally worth it you can't beat the support when you need it

I had a problem when my computer totally crashed due to a virus. When it was finally rebooted I had lost my AVS4YOU activation code. I contacted AVS4YOU and they sent me the original activation code to my email address. All running perfectly again after reactivation. Thank you

The programs within the full bundle are rudimentary but fully functional and superlative, not quite to the level of higher tier and much more expensive options but for the price they're very much best in bracket, once you learn how to make the most of them. My primary experience is with the Video Editor with some dabbling in Audio editing and both these programs hide a bit more functionality than their user interface shows through alternative paths or mix and matching various functions to approximate one which isn't available. For this reason, the affordable price and the fact I like the program as I've grown accustomed to it I rate it at 5 stars out of 5 with the caveat that any user that picks up one, or all, of the editors provided by AVS4YOU should be ready for a easy to learn program but hard to master as I've been using the programs mentioned above for nearly a year semi-professionally and about 4-5 years before that on a personal level and to be frank I am not close to knowing all the tricks to get a professional grade video out, my own are fairly high in terms of semi-professional grading but not anywhere near professional grade in my own opinion, especially with mixing and matching functionalities from multiple editors in the full bundle.

I have a Dell XPS 15 laptop I purchased with no hardware modifications. As I loaded AVS4YOU down, audio programs worked perfectly. However, any software trying to use audio/video would get an AppHangB1 - Not Responding error. AVS4YOU support worked with me for a few weeks making sure I downloaded newest versions of software and license activation was accurate. After sending screen shots of errors and trying their recommendations, they finally asked if I had 2 video adapter cards. They told me how to access the "Device Adapter" and check for more than one. I had 2, I disabled "NVIDIA" card and the software worked. I tried AVS Media Player, AVS Video RE-maker & Video editor. All worked great. If you use AVS Media player to view, you are fine. If you use Windows Media Player, VLC media player or Windows Movie Make, etcr for viewing, you need to log out of PC. Go back in and go to "device management" and double click on "Display Adapters" and enable NIVIDIA video card and then access your output of AVS software and it will work great. Hope this helps other Windows 7 PC users. Also use AVS on a Windows XP PC. It works great there also.

AVS4YOU I would say that they are best. They will help you solve any problems that you may encounter, well done team.

I bought the unlimited forever license years ago - and it really has been great value! Service is great, software only gets better and better.

No, it's not Photoshop - and it doesn't pretend to be. But for for quick repairs and edits - it's great. Ditto video editing.
The audio editing is also excellent.
As is their document conversion, etc.etc.

Years ago I purchased a lifetime license but are now being told lifetime is the lifetime of the computer. So beware they do not stand behind what they sell.

In case you change some components of your computer (hard drive, motherboard, OS, etc.) you can use your license key to activate AVS programs anew.

In case you change computer and install the software on another one you will have to purchase an additional license.

Very happy with this package, excellent value and surprisingly powerful. My glitch when I "upgraded" to Windows 10 was quickly fixed.
