I placed two orders with BannerBuzz and clearly emphasized that the products needed to arrive by a certain date. We approved every artwork file the same day it was sent to us. The final artwork was sent and approved immediately.
Despite this, the order was never moved into production. No one at BannerBuzz informed us of any delays. We only found out 4 days before deadline — after we called them — that the team had completely forgotten to process the order even though the artwork was approved.
Because of this internal error, the products were not delivered and the frame we purchased is now unusable. The delay had nothing to do with us and everything to do with their oversight.
Very disappointing experience. I ended up having to request a refund which has NOT been handled

I wish I had read reviews online before using this company multiple times, with issues I assumed were occasional. First of all: NOT MANUFACTURED IN CANADA. Ignore the fact that they have a Canadian URL. Most recently, we ordered an acrylic sign that was demonstrated to have a glossy finish in each of their reference photos--only our's arrived matte. When I asked for advice on a material that matched the photos for a reorder, we were told those photos are only for "Reference"... We based our purchase on these references, so feels kind of pointless to continue using them if there's so much uncertainty involved.

I love this company! At first, I was impressed by the great prices and convenient website, but I had some doubts because in large companies, customers often don't get enough attention. But here, it was completely different. I was lucky to work with a wonderful designer who helped me create my custom design, answered all my questions, and was incredibly thoughtful. I'm amazed by the result we achieved together. Later, I made some mistakes in the address and asked for corrections, and every question I had was answered very quickly. Even when I called and the line got disconnected, a kind operator called me back and kindly asked me to stay on the line, reassuring me that everything was okay. I'll definitely come back again. I felt cared for and supported, and I'm truly impressed with the final result. Huge thanks to the whole team!

After weeks of back and forth and detailed drawings with measurements the project was still produced incorrectly - NO REFUND or replacement product - 4 simple lines on a diagonal and they can't manage to print correctly - discussed with at least 4 different people

Bought a car magnet sign for my business. It came damaged and didn't stick on the vehicle. I did test the vehicle to make sure a magnet would work but theirs does not. I highly recommend using a different company. Made several tickets to be refunded before the order was complete and they would not refund me. Worst company I've had to deal with. Their reps do nothing besides reply to reviews.

I want to preface this review by saying that the customer support agents I interacted with—Kayla, Aaron, and Suzie—were polite, professional, and did their best within the system they work in. However, my overall experience with BannerBuzz was deeply frustrating due to systemic issues in their shipping process and communication. I placed a priority order on April 17, which was supposed to arrive by April 22. Despite approving artwork the same day and being told everything was "packed and ready to ship" multiple times, the order still had not left the facility more than 24 hours later. Even after correcting a minor address issue (which I responded to immediately), I was repeatedly told to "wait another hour" or that my request was "escalated," with no tangible progress. What's more concerning is the misleading nature of the delivery estimates on their website. Priority shipping promises a tight timeline that is simply not realistic given that all production and fulfillment occurs overseas. If shipping takes 4–5 business days after production, then advertising next-day or 2-day delivery is misleading at best and false advertising at worst. I tried multiple times to get a clear, honest update—and while the agents were patient and respectful, their replies often felt scripted and generic. That only added to the feeling of being stuck in a loop with no control or real help. If BannerBuzz wants to retain customer trust, they need to: Update their delivery estimates to reflect real turnaround times, especially for international fulfillment. Stop promising delivery dates that are impossible to meet based on their own internal timelines. Empower their support agents with more than just templated replies—they deserve better, and so do the customers. I will not be ordering again unless these practices change. The people were kind, but the process was broken.

Avoid BannerBuzz at all costs. I gave them nearly a month to complete three products for a critical tradeshow, and they completely blew it. The design process was delayed over a week despite their 24–48 hour promise, and what they delivered looked like it was done by a child in the '90s. After several painful revisions, I approved the designs just to move things along—only to be told the products wouldn't arrive until after the tradeshow, even with $500+ express shipping. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and not remotely equipped for time-sensitive work. Never again.

Ordered some graphics from Banner Buzz. Every time their artwork department sent a proof, it was wrong. There was a 1 week delay fixing each proof on their end. And when I asked questions they ignored. Then when it came time for delivery, they shipped using a FedEx method that missed the deliver time by now going on 3 days, which missed my event. Their answer? When the package arrives, just reject it. I've asked them to simply redirect the package by contacting FedEx, which everyone knows is something that can be done, and they say they can't do it. So unless I catch the FedEx driver before he drops off the package and leaves, apparently they won't issue a refund. Save your money and avoid Banner Buzz.

I ordered this https://www.bannerbuzz.com/signicade-deluxe-black/p and paid 56.00 dollars they sent me 2 piece of printed paper 2 by 3 wort a dollar each a the dollar store. They refused any return and refuse to refund me despite the policy displayed on the website. If this review does not appear I will make sure its shown somewhere else all over the social media and on google reviews. What is the BannerBuzz' return policy? If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them. Please save your money
