I have bought two jobs now with coins even though it says one out of five people have bidded for it surely you should put on your site. You should have at least free quotes. I just don't think it's very fair and not worth the money.

I was looking for someone to design a book cover and as soon as I had made some notes as to possible contacts I exited the site and was immediately approached by a company who appeared to tick all the boxes. It transpired they weren't even registered with Bark. My subsequent dealings with said company were most unsatisfactory. I'd presumed that once on the Bark site I would only be dealing with legitimate companies. Clearly the platform wasn't secure as I learned to my cost.

Just a great company

I'm so happy with the outcome of the return credits. I am, however, a little frustrated with a few clients people weren't reaching out back to me. I've been doing nothing different since I joined Bark in September. I contact everyone the same way. Send emails text message. Phoning following up with phone calls getting voicemails that only say you've reached and the phone number. I spent a lot of money in the last few months with only one job. Oh well it might just be this time of year this too shall pass thank you, Bark.

The title says it all. I've brought this up before, only to fall on deaf ears, ignored, and never answered. People have preferences, but Bark will not make it an option... you can choose gender and language... but not race! And clearly there isn't enough diversity in the csuite to inform the company. However, I know why they do what they do... I guess when a competitor offers the choice, that will get their attention.

Pricing our leads correctly is a key aspect of how our business works. We determine this price primarily through the information on the request: larger, more frequent jobs that have more value will cost more than smaller jobs. Leads are also priced by the customer's likelihood to go on to hire, as well as more generally through market research.

Very disappointed

Didn't enjoy my Bark experience one bit.
Had to chase clients - which I don't like doing.
Clients were condescending, as if they were experimenting with the idea of astrology.
I have plenty of clients who want to book with me, I don't need this kind of behaviour.

I had credits take because they had not been used - credit I purchased through the year long mandatory purchase plan. No one told me that could or would happen - so I was quite surprised. I was fortunate that they were restored. Now I feel force to contact people!
