I placed an order in April 2024, and never received any communication from BathSelect.com
After many months, when I finally followed up, the customer service rep advised that the model I wanted was no longer available, and made other recommendations.
We finally decided on an alternative model, and shipping arrangements were made.
Months later, I was advised by UPS that the shipper never actually sent the package.
(And I am also suspecting that BathSelect.com sub-contracted by order to another vender via AliExpress.)
The whole situation is super messy, I have no product, and they took my money.
There is another way to describe what they did: FRAUD

Be very careful.
Better to use more trusted vendors, even if the price is higher.

Love love this product so much that I'm actually waiting for 2 more products from this company I can't wait

They were easy to install and also fixed the water hammering issue that a certain amount of people have with this shower system. After installing the check valves and having no water hammering in the system it is really a wonderful shower to have. I highly recommend!

I came across BathSepect and purchased the tivoli LED musical remote controlled recessed ceiling mount shower system with hand shower and body Jets, it's ideal for those looking to improve their showering comfort. It has three functions: rainfall, waterfall, and mist, and LED lights that change with water temperature. Quality is great. Sure I'm going to buy another one, next remodel.
