Bought the 40" Monarc LED Shower Set, Complete with Mixer and Body Jets from bathselect just over 3 1/2 years ago, the product is just great and never ran into any issues we really enjoyed this high tech shower set and has been great functional system in the master bathroom. Last month we had problem with our tile finish some tiles broken loose so when my tile contractor was working around the digital shower mixer guess he cracked by mistake the screen. I called Bathselect and explained the situation to make story short I was able to get a replacement screen at fraction of fraction of cost. I did not expect the process to be a breeze. Great customer support and product service.

Generally I dont write review but on your request Im writing this review because im happy with my shower system and there is no complaint from my side.

Shipping came on time, my shower systems was well packed and good in condition and on top of it my plumber installed this shower system very quickly.

So, go ahead and buy from them.

Ordered a product, they sent the wrong product. Sent an email. No reply. Called 800 #, and was told I would receive a call back. No reply.
Next day, left another message. Used 'Chat feature' for another # to call.
Spoke with Lazik, who admitted they made an error, they would send the correct product out ASAP as soon as it is received in the warehouse, which will take a week.
That afternoon, received a call back from my 1st message, told him I had already spoken with someone. 30 minutes later, same person, calling back on my 2nd message. Next day, he called a 3rd time, same guy, answering one of my emails.

Today, product was shipped on the 2nd, finally! But they did not overnight it as promised, it was shipped ground, so it will not be received until the 10th. ALL my emails are being ignored, all my calls are going to the same useless answering service.

I am going to find and place this same review on all available sites until the correct item is received.
