They did miss some parts in a package and the parts went out of stock but I could negotiate with the sales rep and get a discount instead. In a separate instance, I started a return, there were no issues. Got a return shipping label and the money was refunded in a few days.

This company is one of the worst I've ever made purchases from TV came 2 months after purchase and then when I opened it it was broke the shipping company said I could just throw the tv out but no one will return my calls or emails about who and when is the tv going to be replaced. I'll never buy anything here again ever! Stay away go to your closet Best Buy and don't use these people!

I just bought a Sony Bravia OLED 77" TV and it was shipped cross country

A totally unreliable vendor. In short -- Promised delivery overnight on not one, but two occasions on the same ordered, and failed to deliver on either the original promised date or the revised date.
In detail -- On Thursday, I ordered an item for overnight delivery ie Friday. I called their customer and they confirmed the order was received and they would ship the same day. Beach Camera did not even attempt to charge my card till Friday morning ie they could not delivered on Friday as originally ordered. For whatever security reason AMEX declined the charge. It's a Platinum Card so credit was not the issue. I got that resolved Friday morning within an hour of being alerted. May be being the first time I transacted with Beach. Mind you, no call from Beach on Thursday or even on Friday, that there is a problem with the transaction.
Called up again on Friday, spoke to an agent named Larissa, and was assured delivery would be made on Saturday. Great. I thought I would be able to complete the assignment on Sunday, at least. I waited for delivery, and again no information. And Beach is closed Friday afternoon till Monday morning.
Spoke to Larissa again on Monday afternoon, and I was told the order was in their "verification department". Why on earth did nobody call and speak to me and resolve the issue. Of course, no answer. Tonight I see a mail sent at 430pm from some sender called "BuyDig". The email is timed AFTER I called Beach Camera and cancelled the order in total disgust.
So will caution anyone from buying from Beach Camera. Unless you are prepared to live with complete uncertainty.

I ordered a Sunny Tredmill sft4400 off of Amazon, beach camera is a third party seller. Item arrived crushed and plastic parts badly damaged. Box is in terrible condition and item can't be packaged back into it. Styrofoam packing is in pieces contacted beach camera and they said to ship it back. How? Box is damaged! I asked for replacement parts and they said they can't replace parts. Now I have to buy parts from manufacturer! Beach camera offered no refund or payment for parts broken in transit. They can file a claim with FedEx and get refunded. But customers are left with damaged goods. Stay away from this company.

Ordered the Sony ZV-1 bundle with accessories. Items arrived via FedEx and the camera wasn't shipped. Delivery package wasn't opened and arrived perfectly in shape! Some of the accessories had water damage. I contacted the company immediately and reported the issues. They filed an incident report through FedEx and I've had to contact them every few days to get an update. 10 days after the delivery, they told me that they need a police report? They are totally giving me the run around, not addressing and solving the issue. Thank goodness I purchased this item through Amazon! Amazon's now involved with the seller to get the incident addressed and resolved! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company! Read their reviews! This isn't an isolated incident! I see a lot of reviews that reporting missing or not shipped items!

The item was shipped by FEDEX and was marked as delivered and signed for. The only problem is I was not home to sign for it FEDEX said they are not requiring customer to sign for there packages at time of delivery. I see that BEACH CAMERA is sending a lot of packages with FEDEX that never show up. If I was a business and had so many problems with FEDEX. I would look for a new shipping company.

Bought a Cuisinart SS-10 Coffee maker for $139.95 from Amazon. Turns out Amazon had a nearly identical coffee maker with less whatever for $94.95. I was shipped the lesser item and still charged $139.95 plus tax. To their credit, they quickly refunded my money but subsequently contacted me and asked me to change my Amazon rating. In even a more subsequent call from the company, with apologies, I was told that while Amazon was selling two nearly identical coffee makers for different prices, I was charged the higher price for the lower quality item. The gentleman admitted that they only had one SKU for the Cuisinart which suggests false advertising or bait and switch.

I bought a camera on Amazon. The box never made it to my house, even though FedEx states it was delivered. I called Beach Camera 2 hours after notification that box was delivered to let them not it was not there. It took 4 weeks of frequently calling Beach Camera, extremely poor customer service, and finally my announcement to turn to Amazon for help, before I finally got my money back.

Purchased Microsoft surface pro 6 thru Walmart who used beach camera as a seller. I was told by Walmart rep the stylus was included. It wasn't in the box I received along with the computer. After contacting Walmart and beach camera both, I was told the stylus isn't included. I mentioned the conversation I had before making the purchase with Walmart rep, but neither company would send me the stylus that should have been included.

I ordered and received a defective camera--the battery was dead and not serviceable right out of the box. I confirmed with the manufacturer that it was not replaceable and the camera needed to be returned. I had to pay return shipping (They would not give me a refund for the camera until it was returned.) Despite contacting them several times to reimburse me for shipping, it was a waste of time and effort. I gave up... DO NOT BUY FROM BEACH CAMERA.

I ordered a $500.00 Nikon Camera through Amazon as a gift for my daughter. Delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday. I worked from home that day to receive it. Had a message a little after 2:00 from Amazon that the package was delivered. Which was odd because none of our motion sensors sounded and no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. There was no package. So, I pulled up the tracking from Fed Ex. It showed that the package was delivered to my porch/ front door at 11:11. Again, I was home, no knock or doorbell, no motion detectors went off.
I contacted Amazon and they asked me to check my neighbor. I walked the cul de sac and no package with my name at any door. Amazon contacted Beach Camera and now it is Friday. They responded saying, my claim was inconsistent in what Fed Ex was saying.
So... I have no camera for the gift. I don't have another $500.00 to spend. I am out an entire day at the office, and according to Beach Camera, I am also lying.
This is frustrating. Lesson learned on my part.

I bought a computer on Amazon and even though I researched and googled when the computer came I realized I cannot play my online video game on it b/c the in-game program was not developed for 4K. Other than that the computer was great, came on time etc.
So I called Beach Camera CS just to give it a try not thinking they would really help b/c it was really my mistake not their. They were incredible! They helped me find a computer that would play the game, took the other computer back and sent me the new that is just as awesome as they promised. And I got a full refund. Now that for me is Customer Care unsurpassed!

Answer: Buyer Beware- Beach Camera Same Day Shipping is claiming "no restocking fee" in this situation. My personal experience was "no refund/ no response", despite fact they sent "used/ refurbished" item when I purchased "like new". They acknowledge by offering $26 discount to "deal with it", and ignored all contact when I didn't accept. Tons of stuff online about them regarding "scams".
