Decided to really splurge and look for a high end television...went with an LG G3 2023 model. Out of stock with Best Buy, $3600 on many sites. Found it on GreenToe for $2900 and purchased it. GreenToe apparently is a middle-man company that pairs your order with a end seller, and I was paired with BeachCamera.com. I immediately felt like "no way is a company called BeachCamera.com an authorized LG reseller..." Checked with LG USA website and wow, they were listed. Still, I chatted with LG chat support an hour later and asked them...they confirmed BeachCamera is authorized and I captured the entire chat for reference. Ok excited now, so called BeachCamera to track my order...it took a few phone calls for someone to pick up but when they did they were helpful and the experience was good. So far so good - I will update (if I remember to since I never normally post reviews) once the item arrives.
First they sold me a defective product and when I reach out to them to let them know they tell me they can't do anything because I would have to contact the manufactured comany and that I would have to get it warrantied. This was the first time I tried using the product so with all the back n forsth with messages I paid for the return shipping which they were supposed to provide and I get a message from them saying they cant do anything and that they will send back my item. I waited a week so I called to see what was going on and they say I need to pay for the shipping. Yeah so they took my money and kept my purchased item. Reached out to Beach Camera to get some information on my shipped item. Lariza T-G assisted me and was very professional, and got me all my information in less than a few minutes. So far my experience with Beach Camera has been really good. I will update the review after receiving my item.
I ordered a $300 watch from them, and no shipment was generated. After countless emails and calls to "customer service" with 0 response, I am convinced this company is a front and advise anyone to stay away. I will be filing complaints with feds and seeking a fraud claim.
I purchased a refurbished Sony A80CL 4k. The delivery was earlier than promised arriving in great condition. The mounting screws were missing and upon installation I noticed a dent in the bezel and some scratches. Both matters quickly handled by customer service manager Angel by phone and text. He took ownership of the problems and even followed up during busy holiday season. Recommended!
Several missing items from a drone "bundle" I purchased. Customer Service only responded when negative review submitted, but did not help with missing items, as promised. Worst experience ever!
Ordered a milk frother. Was listed as "label printed" until today. Despite frequent attempts to see what was delaying it, no response. Today I finally contacted Amazon, still no reply from BeachCamera, and is now listed as arriving on Dec.19. Was due today. No information given, no response to questions and who knows if I will get it on time for Christmas. I'll never order from them again.
I bought a new LG OLED tv from Beach Camera, they had the best price and I decided to try them after reading several recommendations on the internet. In my experience I can say they're FANTASTIC.
The tv arrived promptly and delivered by professionals, very friendly who called me in advance to arrange a delivery day.
Unfortunately we discovered the tv had a manufacturing defect, and worked with the incredible Maria G., who had also reached out prior to the tv delivery to confirm what to expect, to try and have the tv repaired.
Maria is so helpful and always responded timely, she arranged for me to work with the also fantastic Reynold J., who would work with LG on my behalf. LG declined the repair request, but Beach Camera was very supportive and understanding and we were able to return the tv for a full refund. Maria arranged for the shipping company to pick up the tv for return, and I was fully refunded a week later.
Things happen, but Beach Camera and its amazing customer service really saved the day. I will absolutely be buying our next tv from there again.
I purchased a LG G3 83". I am happy to say that everything turned out better than expected. When I had a question by email, it was answered immediately and efficiently. Thank you for a good buying experience.

I recently ordered a very expensive LG Sound Bar for our relatively new 4K OLED Tv. Package arrived earlier than expected, was packed well and everything was in order. We ran into some installation and technical issues and I worried that I would have to return the Sound Bar. I reached out to Beach Camera with some questions and, within minutes, received a helpful response. They continued to work with me over several days--at night and on the weekend--to help me resolve our issues. Wow...if I had bought directly from Amazon there is no way I would have received such personalized and responsive assistance. Buy from Beach Camera and know they are ready to help if needed!

I had only pleasant experiences with Reynold in our interactions on the phone while he's been supporting me throughout a purchased TV issue. All prepared to return my purchased item for refund because I was able to purchase elsewhere for 40.00 less. 100% selective scammers. Very believable scam / fraud reviews going back over 15 years, too many to count. Here's mine.
They went to great lengths to try to scam me out of almost $2k, before I reported them to Amazon and the feds.
They very carefully replaced the $2k video projector I paid for with a $200 one. At BEST, they accepted a return "without looking at it," and then resold it to me (which is very much still fraud!)
When I reported it to them, they PATHETICALLY tried to blame FedEx or me. They were EXTREMELY ridiculous and unprofessional and condescending in their excuses and communication. Among other things, they PRETENDED not to understand that while they had scanned a NUMBER on the outer box, that has absolutely NOTHING to do with whether one of their employees swapped the product INSIDE the box. That was seriously their defense, "we scanned the number on the outside of the box." So incredibly stupid.
Their customer service agent repeatedly misspelled his own first name "Luiz" (his name is Luis, usually). Are they giving fake names?
They did NOT follow the process required by Amazon A to Z claims. It was ultimately through reporting them to multiple agencies for fraud and writing angry reviews all over the internet that they, finally, sheepishly TEXTED me LATE ONE NIGHT (it's AGAINST Amazon claim policy to communicate outside of Amazon) suddenly offering to refund in full. This was a VERY long time after I had returned their product to them.
If I worked for Beach Camera, I would resign and then call my family on the phone and apologize for embarrassing them.
Answer: Buyer Beware- Beach Camera Same Day Shipping is claiming "no restocking fee" in this situation. My personal experience was "no refund/ no response", despite fact they sent "used/ refurbished" item when I purchased "like new". They acknowledge by offering $26 discount to "deal with it", and ignored all contact when I didn't accept. Tons of stuff online about them regarding "scams".
