Mom using the Because pads has been wonderful. She has never had such comfort and absorbency with a product before. She has been using these for several months now and plans to continue with this pad being her pad of choice. She would highly recommend giving these a try if you haven't already. They are wonderful, plus they come right to your door in packaging that does not disclose what is inside for privacy.

I wear a UI pad every day (and through the night) but really dislike the types that use gel as I have a reaction to those and need something without latex or chemicals (including fragrances). I was so pleased to find the Because Premium Pads for Women and have been using them for almost a year. They work very well with sufficient absorbency and no leaking around the sides, even overnight (I use a size Maximum), they fit well and feel comfortable, they are easy to take along in my purse (each is individually wrapped), they absolutely do not irritate my skin or result in my body absorbing an odd chemical odor from that gel other pads use, and the subscription service is totally reliable (as well as offering a good price). I also tried the alcohol-free, dye-free wipes and found them a great product, too. I highly recommend these products after having tried every brand of every type on the market - I am 100% satisfied with Because Market, both the products and their reliability in having what I need in stock and delivering orders on time.

It seems that this outfit's prime motivation is to TRICK people into AUTOSHIPPING their products... and then playing really dumb.

Their website is a case study in DECEPTIVE SLEIGHT-OF-HAND manipulation!

They put out absurdly low teaser offers in an effort to GET YOUR CREDIT CARD, so they can AUTOBILL you for the big stuff -- that you may or may not even be aware that you bought.

Even a single product order for say $10.00 AUTOMATICALLY **DEFAULTS** to Auto-Shipping!

The company is shady -- are beyond the reach of accountability and EVEN when they know a customer has a point, they "feign" cooperation and then throw you under the bus.

This is a grotesquely ugly company, operating in a massive market -- catering mostly to Seniors.

Seniors whom they manipulate, manhandle and abuse like world-class thugs and bullies.

This will be a fun company to watch implode.

Stay away from Because Market... They take shady to a whole new level.

Take this free advice - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE - the customer service is abysmal - the supervisors do not have authority to ship the product on the same day, even when the company makes the mistake - the product is good, the customer service makes it unusable - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

They don't fit well, they're totally inferior to Depend and whether you want them or not, they keep shipping them to you and charging you. They're difficult to reach and to speak with and they ignore your emails! VERY VERY poor business model!

Very happy with the service and products offered by the Because Company. Where else can you get a variety of samples for less than $5.00 and free shipping. Customer service does everything to make your order easy.

Found a snazzy looking awesome product of a hot pink Walker for elders, with a zebra stripped cool bag and accessories, searching on-line.

Was totally turned off to teach an off shore lady representative admittedly in the Philippines.

I already had a very compromised crappy to fraudulent experience earlier this year, similar, attempting to send flowers to a Friend after a death of her father. Had to cancel my credit card, got very angry and it was a horrible experience closer to criminal international fraud, than any actual on shore, authentic, trustworthy service. I am super disappointed that this is even allowed, let alone so common. Is this company trustworthy and reputable. I am learning that I don't so much care, nor want to know. I just don't really trust this off shore stuff, and will be more self protective, and not pursue any business with them. There are 2 sets of reviews for them, one great, and another awful. I won't rust bothering with them. What a waste of time, effort, and energy. Will just trust my family to find a viable immediate option at Walmart or similar.

This off shore phone representative said the product would take 7 -10 days to deliver, and still require assembly.

What appeared awesome, seems less so in reality.

The sucky reviews and the off shore, in the Phillips representative leave me disappointed at best, and mad, yet wiser for this hideous new trend!

No thanks! I would not trust my private payment info and identity, let alone a legitimate purchase with these strangers across the world. No way! No thanks. Tired of these lies and posturing as something they are not! No!

I have ordered from because market for over a year and a half. They were life savers (i am in my 20s and was finally diagnosed with diabetes insipidus after years of night time incontinence that I was told I would "grow out of") because I did not want to deal with the humiliation of standing in the walgreens line with a pack of what is essentially adult diapers. A few months ago, they double charged me and sent me 2 shipments of pads (over 100 pads!) And I wasnt thrilled but accepted it because they were actually useful. Little did I know that BC must have recently changed suppliers without notifying me because these pads dont have any coverage and now im stuck with a ton of product that is useless. So what do I do? Buy a bed protector from this company in hopes the leaks won't ruin my sheets (spoiler: im a restless sleeper and the bed pad bunches up!) So now im back so square one of almost daily leaks.

I actually stuck with them for almost two years because I like their product. However, I have had to give up. No matter how you try - e-mail, chat, telephone, starting over as a new customer, it is as if they do not speak or understand the language you are communicating with. I have spent hours and hours trying to get what I want - forget sending things back. It is Alice in Wonderland.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY> THE PRODUCT STINKS AND THEIR IN NO USEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once you get you trial they send more products and when you say I did not like or want to continue with this product. They make it your problem,

They shipped out an order the day after confirming cancellation and then wanted me to pay shipping and handling to return it. Terrible customer service and seems to be money grubbing on anyone they can get away with it.

Our products were shipped on the 28 of February and have not arrived as of March 16. I spoke to a representative at Because on March 14 and she stated that it takes 7 to 10 business days. 10 days was the 11th. She said she was going to forward to Operations and they would contact me. I have not heard from anyone. She also tried to get me to purchase additional products. We are getting these for my Dad. He likes the product - 5 stars. Shipping and customer service gets 1 star.

I started using Because after I received a sample. They are much larger and they hold more. As I am on a water pill this pad meets my need much better than other pads and less changing.

After you pay for, well first of all the quality is horrible. The material sags and stretches enormously. The crotch area is narrow and don't contain protection from corner to corner exposing a gap which leaks escape. And lastly they trick you into placing an order unknowingly the very first time while paying for the sample. So I paid for the sample. Immediately thereafter a window pops up and says do you want to save on future orders by and get a discount for setting a future order. I accepted, this is after I'd paid for the sample. Also I indicated I wanted my future orders to begin a month and a half later. The following week I received an unknown box of supplies. I said well, might as well keep but I'll call customer service to remind them that I don't need until the end of March. Meanwhile, I tried one and couldn't believe the horrific quality. I phoned customer service alerted them of their mistake and asked that they supply me with a return label since the opportunity for sampling wasn't granted being that an entire shipment was delivered. I was told I was responsible for the return even though I never saw or agreed for a shipment to go out immediately. Go to your local pharmacy and buy a better brand or call *******527. They deliver all over the country and their quality is excellent for a great price. I decided to give this company a chance seeking for even better quality but I sure didn't expect bad quality to exist and a tricky, clever way to lure you to buying without knowledge. Btw, the brand I usually buy from the company with the 718 number is called Teena

I have been using the Willow disposable underwear for over a year now. I used them for when I have my period as I've tried everything else and always had issues especially with leaking. These don't leak and are so comfortable and stretch out nicely if the leg holes feel too tight. They are breathable as well. They last me two months. With shipping they are just under $19 for 20 but I have noticed the price has gone up to under $22. They also work for intended purpose as I had tried everything for my 94 year old grandmother who was starting to get dementia an couldn't remember to use the restroom sometimes. These where great they didn't leak and no wet bed to change in the morning. I also don't have to change my sheets all the time like I did with other period products I've used for over 20 years. These are wonderful! Very comfortable and soft outside too and don't look like you have a diaper on with a little form fitting clothes. I am 5'11 weigh 185 and wear the L/XL.

I didn't realize I signed up for auto-ship. I called and their phone cut out. Their account page is white except for the chat. I used the chat and they said I had to call or text, neither worked. They finally got back to me and after trying to convince me to stay, they canceled the auto-ship.

I ordered a single product, with the 2 week trial period. I noted many people had a hard time getting their order or subscription cancelled ( for whatever reason). I didn't find their product to be comfortably fitting, for me, but when I called to cancel, the young woman I spoke with (Jenny G.) processed my request easily and simply. I received an immediate conformation email of the cancellation. She still had to recite her list of required options. I expected this, and we laughed as she did. In the end, that the product didn't suit me was not the her or the company's fault. But I give them credit for keeping their word about the cancellation process.
