To my surprise when I went to pick up the dress, the extra fabric was missing and was not returned to me as of today, despite my request for the extra fabric to be sent back to me.
I am very disappointed in the service.
I ordered my favorite perfume in a set. It came and I immediately noticed the color was OFF. I called right away and the first rep helped me kindly but emailed me a return label before actually listening to my problem. I know for a fact this Twilly perfume was not the real deal or it was VERY old so I don't want someone else to re-buy it. As I was on the phone with her, I sprayed it to check and I could tell it wasn't the first spray. There was no sticker sealing anything inside the set or the box itself so I bet my life that someone has sprayed that bottle before me. It didn't smell right either. I had my legit Twilly perfume next to it to compare color and smell. No doubt it was a returned item and possibly a fake fragrance inside. The rep then tells me SORRY we can't return this item so I asked for a supervisor. This is where bad to worse got to be the worst! Amakari, the supervisor, either hung up on me or we got disconnected. I called back and asked if we do lose connection again, please call me back and she said no cuz she might get on another call. BS! She then argued with me hardcore and rude about how I opened it so it's now non returnable. Not listening to me explain that this should not ever be sold to someone because it is not the true product. Probably someone else returned it for the same reason. Interestingly I could go online and create a return label YET a supervisor on the phone is telling a customer NO NO NO over the simple fact that I opened it. I politely asked for someone else to hear me out, after being put on hold, she came back and said they're issuing a refund. I could put that crap perfume in the trash. Amakari is not someone that should be helping people on the phone; she was obstinate and condescending and did everything in her power to be UN-helpful!
I love it. It fits great. It's just as bright as the pictures depicted, which is wonderful because I ride mass transit and work second shift. And the price was right. I'm recommending it to all my friends and family.

Received an item with a makeup stain and did not even check since tried it on and did not fit. Requested refund the same day and returned next day and it was returned back to me saying I had worn it. I am stock with someone else's product because they send out without checking and they do not accept back. Horrible for this type of store.
Same as higher end stores. Easy to find luxury items, great customer service, quality items. Another go to for designer items... shoes, bags, dresses.

I ordered a $1200 bag on October 17 under the expectation it would have to be here by Nov 5. For a birthday present. Today is now November 3 and it hasn't even shipped. Furthermore, the "delivery" date keeps being delayed with no notice that it will be delayed until the date has passed. I've contacted Customer service multiple times and all they tell me there is an expected delivery date but no more. The "expected delivery date" is just a cop out for not being able to ship. If they were unable to ship I would rather be told then waiting around because now I am out a gift for someone and scrambling at the last minute to find something. Highly disappointed and never ordering from Bergdorf again.
I ordered a designer velvet card case on gold chain/micro clutch from BG. When it arrived in pristine condition I decided it was just too small. Yes, it was a beautiful piece, but I had the right to change my mind.
The item came with a return FedEx label. I packaged everything up nicely and still in pristine condition with tags and original packaging. (Oddly the item was shipped in a huge box even though it is the size of a business card holder).
After sending it off with Fedex almost a month later I had not received my refund. Suddenly, one day this week I see a package from BG. I was surprised because I did not place any recent orders. I open the box and inside is a letter stating my return can not be accepted due to the item being worn, tags removed, etc. I removed the packaging and there underneath was the velvet card case!
I was so shocked that the item had been returned to me. I looked at it further and the box looked tampered with and the beautiful gold chain was also missing! I immediately called BG and they said I had worn the item and they cannot refund me. I complained and asked for an investigation because I sent it back in pristine condition unused. After two or three days they followed up to say they could not refund me and the returns dept states the item was used and the chain is missing!
It did not matter that I gave them my word and told them I packaged everything exactly as received. What they sent me back was poorly packaged and with a missing chain for the velvet card case. Now I will not receive a full refund and I have a useless micro bag!
They are scamming consumers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Stay far away. Apparently when you make a purchase on the BG site, you put yourself at risk for receiving a luxury bag that has been used - with multiple scratches both inside and out, and the purse came with a single piece of crumpled tissue paper on the inside AND was missing a dust bag and a box... but the kicker is that the bag is a $2,000+ Saint Laurent bag. Spoke to 9 customer service representatives who offered a mere 5-10% refund of the purchase price, were unapologetic, and explained to me that this bag was either a return or a floor model. NO WHERE on the website did the page indicate that my YSL bag would be used/damaged/missing pieces. I made a choice to shop at a luxury store as opposed to a consignment store, but clearly I would be getting the same "deal" if I just bought the bag used, and would already be at terms with buying a used bag if I chose to buy from a consignment store. I am now returning the bag because this is just ridiculous waste of my tome and energy, and I will be sure to never purchase anything from here again.
I would be extremely aware of their policies. The company, a high end brand is totally rigid and inconsiderate to their customers issues. The answers I received to my emails are simple templates adapted in a hurry. None of the customer service employees I ended up emailing with even bother to personalize their response.
You would definitely expect more emphaty during these unfortunate times but Bergdorf Goodman seems to simply not care. In an era when companies' main goal is to retain their customers this retailers makes no effort whatsoever.
The super discount of up to 75 %. I like the products from here. I like clothes from here the most. All materials and designs are super. The partywear suit is design is good. I ordered that is good quality and packing also I like.
It is taking me 3 weeks from their receipt of my returned merchandise to get a credit to my credit card. This is ridiculous and I think that they are using my money for their own cash flow purposes. Shame on you BG. Issue me my refund on a timely basis!
I had Bergdorf issue a fed ex pickup from my home. The store never issued me my refund. I want to make sure I get my money back. I keep calling but so far I haven't heard anything
Bergdorf Goodman was prompt with their delivery of the wrong item. Unfortunately the item ran out of stock and all I could get from them was an "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do." I had to go through the laborious process of dealing with the return. Buyer beware
Answer: I didn't get the right item shipped to me. It went out of stock. And they did nothing but offer an insincere apology and forced me to go through all the effort of managing the return.
