We had an issue with one of the bolts in the raised garden bed we bought through Amazon. I contacted Best Choice directly and they promptly resolved the situation by sending us a new bag of parts so we can finish the assembly. We haven't received them yet, but I am confident they will arrive as promise.
I ordered a dinning set through Amazon and just received the table. I called them and they gave me 2 tracking numbers for the same product ( the table) no chairs to be found.
We ordered a coffee table via Walmart that was a Best Choice product. It was delivered with one leg defective. I emailed Best Choice Products immediately. They emailed back within a couple of hours asking for a picture. Within less than 8 hours they stated they would send out a replacement. 5 days later we had the new product with zero defects this time. I'm very pleased with their customer service and their response time on making things right. They stand behind their Best Choice products. I highly recommend.

Best Choice Products is a TOP contender for the Absolute BEST Customer Service. They pride themselves in Giving good Customer Service. They are excellent listeners to the Customer and strive to make sure the customer is happy. I recently bought an Egg Chair and they exceeded my expectations ensuring I was happy with their product. Basically everyone sells products but the customer service is the most important aspect of a successful company. I am very pleased with my experience with Best Choice Products.
I ordered a 4 piece outdoor set and was pleasantly surprised and love it. It came very quickly. I had a slight problem and the customer service got back to me immediately and they were so pleasant and fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again.
Making Home Depot look bad! Every bag was taped shut not sealed. Reused bubble wrap thrown in. Everything was going smooth until I got to the culprit that caused the original return. If you are going to ship returned products to a new customer have the decency of checking it out first! Planned on spending the day designing my bird sanctuary and you all put a HUGE damper in it.

I ordered six of there raised bed containers. They arrived and I started assembly, as sometimes happens there were some screws and wingnut missing. Got in touch with them, no hassle, replacement screws were on the way. When received there were more than needed to be replaced. So I have no trouble with there service it's outstanding.
I finally found my table with shelves. It was damaged during shipping. I called and talked with Melody. Excellent customer service. I emailed her a picture of the damage and she assured me that they would send me another one. It arrived in 5 days. I am so happy with my table. I will be looking to purchase more from Best Choice Products in the future.
I have made 3 purchases from this company. The item's I have received are a better quality than expected due to their low prices. I will continue to shop their quality products. I even shared the website to my daughter in law and she loves it! I did have a question about my last order and contacted the company via live chat. It was quick & easy and the representative answered my question quickly. It was an easy process.
The products have always been of top quality and when I had to contact customer service regarding a product that I failed to open for months and needed a part, they did not hesitate to still help me and sent me the parts that I needed. Definitely great customer service for sure!
I purchased BestChoiceProduct 2 twin electric beds to make a king size, within 4 months of using them, one of the beds stop working. I call customer service and they told me, they do not have any support or repair team to help me, I could not believe it. They were purchased through Amazon. After troubleshooting myself for a few days to figure out why one of the beds not working, I believe it is a defected motor.
I am trying to get help from BestChoiceProducts to cover this in the one year service part warranty, they refuse to return my call. This is outrageous and no one should purchase a product from this company. Also Amazon should not allow this company to sell its products on Amazon and I will definitely continue to notify others with my reviews.

Priced but it shipped super fast too. I had an issue with one of the pieces and I called BCP about it. No questions asked, they immediately sent out a replacement. The furniture is sturdy and cute. I've received several compliments on it. I'm already eyeing furniture for my deck on their website!
So I ordered an item from this company and it arrived damaged. I read on their website that I would have to send the item back to get it replaced and probably pay for shipping which I wasn't thrilled about, but after chatting online with customer service they decided to send me another for free! Great customer service!

The recliner I purchased arrived on time and was in great shape, However, the heating didn't work so my chair is being replaced at no charge to me. Great job Best choice products.
This company stands behind their product 100%. I had an issue with a product and I called and my issue was fixed immediately. The customer representative provided the best customer service I have had in years. Very helpful, kind, and experienced in customer service. Value was also right on.
