I ordered the chalk white grain and smoke faux wood blinds which are held together with rows of vertical cotton tapes. When they arrived, the tapes had been attached in such a state that when the blind is pulled up the fabric gathers up in a crumpled mess. Customer services was most unhelpful and told me that this was how the blind should look and there was nothing wrong with the poor standard of these blinds. They refused to provide a refund. No where in the website does it show the blind pulled up. I have ordered several blinds over the years from this company but the quality has definitely gone down hill.

Don't buy here if you have any problem with your product they won't provide any solution once you have paid.

This is a health and safety issue. The fact that Blinds2Go are not providing us a solution is putting us at risk.
When the blinds were ordered the cord came too short. The windows are quite tall and it is impossible to reach the cord. The issue is that one of the windows are in the stairwell, and we have to use a chair to climb on to it to reach the cord(which is quite dangerous and we already fell once quite badly) and the other in the kitchen on top of the counter, si again we need to use a chair to climb on top of the counter to reach the cord.

The solution is as easy as order new longer cords, but can only be from the same manufacturer.

We have been calling customer service FIVE times in the last two months. Every time they promise they have processed and order to send us new longer cords in about a week. We have received NOTHING. They haven't even post them! Every time I call I spend quite a long time waiting on the phone and explaining, they make false promises, and then nothing received. It is an absolute scam. After all this time waiting with no solution the only thing I feel I can do is alert everybody that they won't provide any support if you have a problem with your blinds. So AVOID!

If we have a severe accident they will be in trouble as we will sue them and make them responsible for it.

Wrong product!

Ordered product on line and received wrong. When i tried to order again it was the same as i did before. They wouldnt do anything about it accept 20% off next product. I will not use this company again. Poor information and poor customer service. I have had large amount of blinds from this company but i will be taking business else where.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I ORDERED 5 SETS OF FAUX WOOD BLINDS ON THE 25TH APRIL AND HAVE BEEN TOLD TODAY THAT MY ORDERED IS 'ESTIMATED' TO BE DELIVERED WEEK COMMENCING 5TH JULY AFTER BEING ALREADY DELAYED 3 TIMES! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR BLINDS!

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. How this company has avoided national press coverage is beyond me! Poor quality workmanship for a high price. Haven't had my blinds long at all and they have all begun to fail. Contacted their Customer Service and was told that as it was outside of the warranty period, they weren't able to help. HELLO? This is 500 quids worth of blinds... and they're blinds, they go up, they go down, how could they possibly fail?! It's not like I've been hanging off them.

IN SHORT, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I have just been made aware that these blinds are not made in the UK. My anticipated dispatch date was 7th April... and i am still waiting apparently they have not yet arrived in the UK however nowhere on the site does it tell customers that they are made abroad. I would not have ordered then if they had told me this. They do not provide any delivery dates if they are late so you as the customer has to chase them. You cannot cancel the order so you could be waiting months and you cannot do anything about this. Communication is none existent which they need to improve this and be honest with cusomers need to make customers aware they are not made in the UK.

The worst customer service iv have ever…
The worst customer service iv have ever found. Ordered £59 single blind for a door. What turned up was completely different that the picture sample shown on their web site. Pattern was 4 times smaller than shown on web site. Phone several times and they will not refund but can only give me 25% off next order. Which I defo will not order from them again. Pictures below. They say their picture on web site are a digital image and not a true representation of the blind! Which says it all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you will be wasting a lot of money

I would give this company 0 stars if I could!

First order took over 3 months to arrive but we liked the blind so we ordered blinds for the rest of the house.
Second order, all four blinds were cut too big and didn't fit. It says on their website that for the wooden blinds they take 1cm off your measurments to ensure the perfect fit. None on my blinds had 1cm taken off and therefore wouldn't fit inside the brackets.
I emailed over pictures, had no response. I rang them up and was told that they have a 5mm tolerance so wouldn't do anything about my blinds as they all had at least 5mm taken off.
IF YOUR WEBSITE SAYS 'WE TAKE OFF 1CM FOR THE PERFECT FIT' THEN TAKE OFF 1CM!
5mm makes a huge difference. Having a 50% tolerance is so stupid and the customer services were so unhelpful. We were both looking at the same image I sent and she was telling me it was 234.6cm when it clearly wasn't. She was trying to make out like their incompetent was our fault and our problem. RUDE.
I will never order through blinds 2 go again and do not recommend.

Over 6 weeks waiting for blinds... continued promises to resolve... Still no blinds for the forseen future.

Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere even if more expensive it really isn't worth the hassle with dealing with false promises from this crowd.

First of, please ignore the Trustedreview reviews, they have a paid account there which means its easier to remove bad reviews and notice all the good reviews are invited (with incentives).

About me, I've bought from them twice, problems twice.

1st time: Go cordless honeycomb blinds and the tabs to pull them down were impossible to install and was easy to damage the blinds when installing them. They admitted it was difficult to install. I never installed them because didn't want to get into more trouble. Anyway, made the mistake of ordering from them again...

2nd time: Got these cool vista/tuiss day night type blinds. Unfortunately they came apart as soon as we unrolled it. Tried to email them to get this sorted after waiting 3 weeks for the product and 3 emails, 3 week days later, not even a single reply.

Online businesses like this require lots of trust and quick communications with customers. They do have not got this. Avoid.

I ordered these Venetian blinds for three windows at the front of my house
They were a fantastic price and I have wanted these blinds for ages

They arrived earlier than expected and well packaged.

They look absolutely lovely up at my windows good quality and exactly what they promised. I am over the moon with them I a now going to order them for the back of the house.

If you decide on these blind you won't be disappointed

Lovely blind

This is my second roman blind from Blinds2go. Same style and material as previous one but slightly bigger. The blind is lovely however one of the string parts at the reverse of the roman blind was slightly tight causing the blind not to sit straight in either up or down position, after a little tweaking with all the strings it is now looking lovely. Would still happily order again as the price is excellent for the quality of material.

Enjoy 2 tone roller blind

I bought this blind for my daughters bedroom, it gives the flexibility to screen the room while letting the light in and a black out blind in one, fantastic item which adds quality to the room.

We have taken delivery of our fourth set of Roman Blinds in faux silk.
The measurements are spot on. Colours are only a fraction out, (but I have a very acute eye for colour)
Delivery was just over a week late but understandable at the moment and I was kept informed.
Black out very effective.
Really pleased them and shall continue to use the service. Many thanks.
