I have ordered from Blindster two different times - once for two large honeycomb blinds (one with a remote) and again later for a blackout honeycomb blind. The blackout blind wasn't working as well as I knew the blinds could work from my previous experience, so I contacted Customer Service and they solved the problem (ended up replacing the blind) in a friendly and timely manner. I would recommend this company to a friend, which in fact, I did and they also ordered a large honeycomb blind.

Not only does this company provide excellent products and fast service, their customer service team rises above and beyond in my experience. After inquiring about a hardware piece I broke reinstalling my five year old blinds, I was told the blinds were no longer available BUT the customer service person (CIndy) found a box of the old hardware in their office and sent it to me three days after my inquiry, no charge. Now that's customer service A+! To back up their great products of which I have in three rooms in my home. I heartily recommend them. They truly back up what they sell.

I placed an order for a pull down shade after careful measuring. Then, I thought again and realized the shade would be too narrow, so I called the Blindster 800 number and spoke to a very helpful agent. She listened closely and agreed and was then able to change the dimensions to better suit the project. Excellent Customer service!

The shades we ordered were priced well and arrived in a timely fashion and do their intended job. But when one cord started to fray, they responded instantly, matched it with a picture I provided and quickly shipped a replacement. They seem to have good products and exemplary service.

Ordered blinds for bathroom, the first order I didn't like the color with my room as much as I thought I would so asked to exchange and they were so nice and made the process stress free. Got my second order a couple weeks ago and love them! Would def recommend

Everything went smooth. Only issue was from the time I was notified of shipment till FedEx actually got the package took almost a week. It did arrive a day earlier than expected🤷‍

These Blinds fit perfectly, I mean to the millimeter! Once I got the hang (no pun intended) of installing them to the brackets it was super easy and quick … I feel they will last and they are exactly what I w anted … I don't usually right reviews … this I was so happy with the product … there's a lot of "cowboys" out there folks these guys, I vouch for.

I discovered I made an error in calculating the window measurements and when I contacted customer service the next day, they were very responsive and were able to adjust the measurements prior to going into production. My blinds arrive shortly after that and they fit perfectly. Excellent service excellent quality!
