Stupid idiots and $#*!heads are the only people who work in customer nonsupport. I changed my email and could no longer log in simply by using my password which i always remember. Ooooh no. I have to "authenticate" my account. I couldn't. So then i had to have them send a code to my email. Haha. The email that no longer is active. Can't update it because i can't log in. Simple fix right? Wrong. They needed a picture of my id to match it with my email. Hahahha. They said it didn't match! Ha! $#*! blizzard, $#*! them forever. Up their asses with sandpaper wrapped nail studded 2" diameter dowel rods at a force of 9 billion newtons! There are way better rts games out there than starcraft anyway! Never thought anyone could ruin that game and how much i like it. Ha. They did. With their cocksucking $#*! $#*! $#*!headed ways! So done!

Received smartass remark from worker there and they admitted that they make it hard for anyone locked out of their account deliberately so they cannot contact them, and they dont care about your frustration, need more info just ask me to show proof of the email sent to us. Unprofessional pen pusher on the other side, very rude, kept sending same message asking for info, we supplied all info, even know answer to secret question, the next file i will be sending wont be as pleasant as the last one, give them an eye full, the idiots
What a terrible site to navigate. No customer service, had not accessed my account for a long time, so could not sign in with authenticater as that mobile phone is no longer active. Trying to get through to these nuts and all i get is the generic email back of uploading my id. I have done this a couple of times now. I want to speak to someone, but cant seem to get to speak to anyone, what an unprofessional bunch of people. No more business from me thats for sure.
I have been a costumer of Blizzards for a VERY long time and when it comes to their customer service, they truly suck. I've had issues in the past but ones that I could shrug off and just be annoyed with but this time I'm done with Blizzard. I played CoD MW Warzone for a couple weeks and thought it was good so I decided to try out CoD MW the full version (not cheap). Sadly after a single day of problems and issues I was frustrated enough to send in a ticket for a refund (the only way to get one supposedly) Because its just not worth the money while I'm laid off due to COVID-19. After several times messaging back and forth to the support and even getting a response from a manager they flat out said no and closed the ticket without resolving it "all sales are final" is what they said. They are a money hungry seflish company that does not care about you in the slightest. This coming from someone who has played their games since Warcraft 1... It makes me sad that this is what they are now. Dont buy their product or at the very least dont expect to get your money back or be treated like a valued costumer. You are nothing but a money bag to them. Good games normally, TERRIBLE company and policies. Dont trust them.
So i pay 15 euros a month to play WOw. Yet i spend 2 weeks in average with a ban every month because some greiving premade decides to report me. Why should i keep playing? I also got a ban because I went to the toilet once and was reported for AFk.
This is the third unfair ban i receive and blizzard doesnt care at all.

I tried buying a 50 dollar game, when I tried logging in in order to download the game it made me log in and wouldnt let me log in saying that the verification code was constantly wrong even though it wasn't. And it wont let me refund the game. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY FROM BLIZZARD.COM
These morons gave me a temporary ban for trying to log in with a VPN. 2 weeks later, still not resolved! Their support is full of garbage people and they are a garbage company. Guess who's never getting my money again?
Blizzard has absolutely no customer service what so ever, The best you get is a chat box, yo are not allowed to talk to anyone unless they decide to call you back on their time schedule so you may be there you may not and this is even during Blizzard business hours in this country!. Blizzard adsolutely does not car about customers at all, they sure dont care about suggestions, they have programming problems that exists years ago. I'll play out my time here but after all the time I spend here I am gone, this is just garbage now. To bad because it it has potential but they just dont care.
Web Ticket system only gets you copy-paste responses, never any human touch there. Just for kicks, submitted three different tickets on a somewhat similar subject from three different accounts, got the exact same response, even though the question I asked was completely different from each account (the main body text same, the end question different).
Whole web ticket system is a joke. They will follow their own way and never compromise in any case.
If you going to just follow your own rules and not care about the customers at all, why the hell would you add a system for surveys, making appeals, make suggestions etc?

Blizzard Entertainment is a piece of crap company that steals money from children. I let my (minor) son sign up for an account & buy games from these cheats. He goes to sign in today and the account is DELETED. For no reason. They tried to give us some bs story about the account being hacked as a reason for their actions. Did they send an email to us first? NO! Did they just lock the account and wait for verification? NO! The rep/customer service/shyster guy actually expects us to give them a copy of my son's birth certificate and social security card to MAYBE get it reinstated. Are they flipping crazy? Sounds like they're wanting to commit identity theft to me. What creeps! As a parent, my advice is to stay FAR away from this scam site. If your kids game, Steam is a much better choice. And please, feel free to share my review with anyone and everyone.
Bought COD Modern Warfare, but it kept crashing on my computer. Spent hours trying to fix it and gave the developers a few weeks to try and sort it with updates since it was a new release and this problem was widespread. After many updates it still wasn't fixed, and looks like it never will be - I gave up and asked for a refund. Blizzard refused because it had been too long and there was playtime on my account (basically no actual gametime as it crashed every time). They even acknowledged that it's the wrong decision but stuck stubbornly to their policy lines.
I recommend not dealing with them, but unfortunately they're the gatekeeper to some good games. So if you must buy from them, protect yourself and buy with Paypal so you can raise a dispute through Paypal when Blizzard chin you off. Learn from my mistake.

Paid NZD$149 for a COD online.
I'm using a Lenovo X1 Carbon (with i7 CPU) and a ASUS XR2 Station with 1080Ti video card (thunderbolt station). I could use this setup to play other games ok. Which inc: Total War (all versions, inc the latest 3 kingdoms); CS; Armas (all versions) etc. However, when running COD, it says the GPU is not supported.
Contacted Blizzard for support. They said, they could not give refund because of the amount of time that has passed since the game was purchased.

Order was placed at 11:12pm on 27th Oct 2019.
It took me two days to download the 147GB game file. Technically, I only got the product I purchased derived on 30th Oct 2019.
First of all, I tried everything I could from my end. Then I contracted Activision Support as required on 30th Oct.
Unfortunately, I have received no response at all (see attachment).
Then I contacted you immediately. It's not fair to blame me that I should apply for a refund earlier.
Moreover, battle.net does have the obligation to tell the spec requirement/limitation. Now, the product I purchased does not meet what you advertised. From the advertisement, i was told 1080tI+Intel i7 would be good to run this game. That's why I made such purchasing. Unfortuantely, COD is the only game I know does not support USB Docked GPU. This is not my fault.
