Okay first off I wanna say the customer support is amazing 60% of the time. They are always helpful and friendly in my experience. However the other 40% along with the WoW forums and the Subreddit of WoW is completely disrespectful, power-hungry and abusive. I highly suggest you do not buy anything from this company unless it is a diablo game or World of Warcraft classic as the retail/live/current version of World of warcraft does not even feel like warcraft it is nothing but gross. Along with the other games they have been so toxic and pathetic as everything is a faceroll on the keyboard to win, there is no actual challenge nor any actual fun in it unless you like paying to win. There is no teamwork and nothing but toxicity. The only good thing I can say is 90% of the customer support for world of warcraft are amazing they are very friendly and helpful and in World of warcraft classic the community is so beautiful as there is actually a rep you have and will be treated how you treat others, teamwork is a thing and you feel like you accomplished every challenge you beat. So unless you are going to play world of warcraft classic, one of the warcraft real-time strategy games (RTS), hearthstone (their warcraft card game) or diablo games I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere as along with the poor and abusive actions from the admins and support on the wow forums and subreddit of r/WoW their partner company Activision is nothing but a greedy firm of suited thieves, the call of duty franchise has gone down the drain along with the Activision customer support is the worst support, my friends, and I have ever experience, we have never had a single good experience through the Activision customer support, that is if they even ever respond to your ticket/complaint.

Any time i have asked for help since WOD for anything i have been completely shrugged off. Most recient was spending mana pearls on azerite gear because gear is suposed to get to 425 with upgrades. Its not said in game that the cap for just the 3 azerite slots are capped 10 ilvls lower than others. I wasted 90 pearls that could have used on my belt and 2 gms and their manager argued and refused to help when i never even used the gear after getting it. Going out of game to research things should not be a required substitute for decient game design or learning first hand and getting help

You need to put on your site as warning youre going to take 7 days to charge something. Because of you not warning we are now -45 in the bank because you waited more than a week to charge us and the bank had charged us overdraft. Wanted a refund and couldn't get a hold of someone to get one. Now were screwed for an upcoming bill because of you.

Blizzard discriminates people. They will use their authority to ban and suspend anyone at their discretion. Especially minorities.

These statements about Blizzard is absolutely true:
1. Blizzard is full of racists themselves and would use the term to punish customers.
Example: Blizzard: you are racist because you are not white like us. Banned. Permanently.

2. They can ban or suspend any customers who contact them, and leave no room for complaint.
Example: Play Overwatch solo, get harassed by partied bullies, receive abusive reports, banned, contact support, automated response, lose your account, oh you have to pay again to play.

3. Blizzard does not respect any human rights, especially freedom of speech. Blizzard ban anyone who discuss about themselves.

Blizzard is a company that cons and exploits customer by luring new players using paid Twitch streamers and competitions, and ban players randomly (especially solo players) to scam money.

Blizzard also extorts minorities emotionally and left you feeling discriminated, depressed and frustrated after taking hundreds or even thousands of dollars from you.

SUPPORT... PLEASE

Love Bizzard games. Support is sucking so bad. I installed Destiny 2 as a freebie but the game won't let me accept the software agreement. I was ok with that cause I wanted to try it for free. Then I spent... I think $120 on downloading Call of Duty. I can't find a match. Tried calling Blizzard support. They have "restructured" their support system. That means you can't talk to someone for help. They advised I go to Battle.net for help, but didn't help there.

BLIZZARD! I need your help and have no idea how to get it! WTF?

Best games!

This company creates the most amazing games! I can't say enough thanks for Hearthstone and World of Warcraft, they are my most favorite games in the world. I love their graphics and the story line. It brings me so much joy. Thanks Blizzard!

Best launcher

I find the Blizzard's launcher the best of its kind. The Steam and Origin Launcher might look similar but are missing some key features Battle.net has, like background downloading or pre-downloading patches.

Y'all overwatch comp leaving when the match is already over is very $#*!ty. Fix it.
When the damn score is already announced and you leave you still get penalized. Y'all are garbage.

Glitches

This company only wants your money. They have glitches that tell you to buy the expansion packs for a second time even though you've been playing Diablo 3 for 2 years... when you ask them to refund the money they say that there is nothing they can do.
Tip: don't buy their games.
