I loved the eggs I got. I got the Mickey Mouse and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Eggs, and so far a huge success.
I bought a Chrome OS bootable USB on this site. It said it was provided by GNU Zone. When I inserted the USB, I got a message that there was nothing on it. Furthermore, I couldn't even use the USB to download the Chrome OS on line myself, because it only had 1.5 GB and download required at least 8 GB.
Total waste of $19. Got USB drive with 32 GB from Best Buy for under $9.
Would not recommend this site, nor GNU, for that matter.
First and last time I ever purchase from Bonanza, the seller they had once backed now gets kicked off their site immediately after my purchase and Bonanza plays push the buck onto PayPal. No help at all trying to get this resolved they just took my money and sent me a dispute ID # for PayPal. Almost like I just purchased a dispute ID # for $227.29,
Since I don't use PayPal, and purchased this as a guest only now PayPal is making it extremely difficult to try to get my credit. Not too sure of what the outcome will be but I know of about 20 other things I would rather do with my weekend then spend alll morning trying to get a lousy 227 bucks back.
Thank god I used my Capitalone credit card because if I don't hear anything from PayPal I will just be filing a dispute with Capitalone and they don't screw around.
No matter, since Bonanza didn't even attempt any support what so ever in this matter I will never be using them again. One and done!
Just for the record I have had an issue with a seller on Amazon one time as well and received an immediate refund. I assumed all these places were the same but at least I found this out on a small purchase instead of a large purchase.
Go try anyone else instead of Bonanaza maybe you'll receive better support
I purchased from 3 sellers, with no order confirmation, no history of my purchase in site. I reached out to customer service with PayPal receipts, got no help. Just a well sorry we can't help.you. I ultimately went through PayPal to get refunds. Will NEVER use this site again.

As a seller, Bonanza is a very bad site to sell your items through. Even with turbo traffic you sell nothing and no progress, it is as they take your money and do nothing. I make efforts to sell but for nothing, one or two items sold in a year. What king of advertising and online marketing Bonanza do? I don't recommend this site at all

Paid for a product that I did not receive! Received error message every time I tried to contact the so called "seller"! No contact at all from the "seller"! Have placed a complaint with my credit card in hopes that I will receive a refund! PLEASE stick to the trusted and safe e-commerce markets that have been proven!
I received garden plant inserts today. They were the wrong item. There's no way to make it right bc my user name doesn't work on the bonanza website. The only thing now is ask my cc for a charge back. I didn't believe I was buying something from a 3rd party website that has no affiliation with the seller beside a platform to distribute items. Unfortunately, the Dogwood Farm Market sent me 72 cell tray inserts when the paperwork and what I ordered was 48 cell tray inserts. Very disappointed. There's no number to contact.

I ordered an item and it was to shipped on a Friday. Received an email stating it would go out on that Friday and tracking info. Was going to be sent. Waited until the following Tuesday and Bonanza reply was
Since you are dealing directly with the seller to direct questions directly to them. What a scam I went through Bonanza and a few days later they issued a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I BELIEVE THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT THE MONEY HAD I NOT PAID THROUGH PAYPAL.

I purchased a Beelink GTR6 mini pc and two days later got given a tracking number that didn't work. It's 5 days in and it still doesn't work. The seller is giving a nonsense story about "postal service issues". They also refuse to provide proof of postage.
The seller is a scammer who PRETENDS to stock and post items. They make up a false tracking number and blame the Malaysian postal service when it doesn't work.
They force the buyer to lodge a claim with PayPal and I suspect that they keep their initial sales money.
Whether I will get my money back is uncertain at this stage.
I may contact a solicitor in Malaysia to send the seller a letter of demand as I have their business registration number.
Suffice to say do not use Bonanza! It is very lax and encourages criminals to operate with total impunity!
I received a tshirt which was too small asked them for a refund they said I could keep the top out of goodwill and if I send them the size I want they would send me another one 4 emails later and messages not responding to them si I've got a top that's too small and no refund thanks for nothing
"Customer Support" is worse than non-existent. No phone number, and emails are only sporadically returned by their "Happiness Producers" (yes that's what they actually call their customer service members--funny/not funny) Entire weeks pass in between replies and when they final arrive they are misinformed and ineffectual. A word to the wise: You're completely on your own when purchasing through Bonanza.
We love Bonanza and have made so many friends there. The site is easy to use, listings are free as are booth banners or you may crate your own. It interfaces with eBay, Etsy, Amazon Shopify, and you can upload/download your inventory file. Tech is amazing and always so helpful. Highly recommended.

If you want to sell on-line there are many places but Bonanza I would NOT recommend. They do not work with their sellers or communicate with them. Very Light traffic and crazy requirements that you do not even realize you have violated until they decide to close your store. No warning and no responses to repeated attempts to find out what the issue was. I am selling on many different sites and this one I am glad to be away from. You may not beleive what I am saying and that is fine. You are free to find out for yourself. Just don't say you were not warned.
I made a PayPal payment of $37 to a merchant on Bonanza and never received the product. Merchant doesn't reply, Bonanza says I must get the refund from them, they do not assume any responsibility for their Sellers.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
