I ordered an item from amazon for my boss. As I work intensely I did not track the status of the shipment after I created my shipping order on Boxinus. In 3 days one of customer services agents called me and told me that my package was held in customs and I should contact the shipping compay in order to release my package. I was so surprised to see that they were tracking the package in behalf of me and they didn't stop their services after shipping. Thanks boxinus for savng my business life. I can't imagine how could I explain my boss if the package was returned.

I live in Dubai and I ordered Halo 5 when it first released. When i did my research i found Boxinus on Facebook. And at that time they had special campaign for Halo 5 and thats why i found them so easily. Important part is it was my son's birthday and i wanted to give him as a present. I wrote them on their live chat and they responded me back immediately. I got my package in 4 days after package delivered their US address. I got good discount and i received it on time so what else would i want.

I wanted to buy 2 apple watches for my nephews. The items were preorder and I asked boxinus if they can place the order for me. They told mr that the items I'd like to buy were backordered and would be available in 2 months. The customer service agent was so kind and helpful. Once I hang up I started my membership and placed a "Buy For Me" order and paid the fee. 1 hour later I received an e-mail informing me that my order was placed. I sent an e-mail to boxinus and asked them to ship my items once they receive them. I never contacted them throughout 2 months. Once they receive the item they have sent me an e-mail and the same day my order has been shipped to my address. I received the items within 3 days and I couldn't believe how fast they were. I recommand for all to use their Buy For Me service as they follow the whole process and inform you regularly about the status of your order. Of course they charge a transaction fee and a credit card commission in order to buy the items in behalf of you but they deserve every penny.

I'd like to tell you my story with Boxinus. I placed an order on Amazon.com and chose a wrong address in Kuwait for shipping. When ı realized the situation my package was already sent but I couldn't find any information about the shipping company nor the tracking number. I contacted Boxinus customer services. They asked me my amazon.com username and password to contact the seller. Firstly I hesitated, didn't watn to give my personal information to them but I had no choice. 2 days later I received an e-mail from Amazon noting that my item was resent to my address and I received the item in 5 business days. I really thank Boxinus for their help and so happy to find them.
