This is my second time using Send my Bag to help with a 4 week trip. The service is exemplary and customer services is responsive and helpful.

This was the 3rd time we've shipped from the US to Germany via SendMy Bag. Each time was a great experience. Items arrived when promised, in good shape and for a great price. Plus the customer service is responsive and very helpful! We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

It's so easy to send your bags as someone picks them up. You just have to make sure labels are on. My bags were sent back to me from Cornwall were I had been staying. They were delivered back to my home which meant I could travel light. Very efficient and takes the stress out of travelling

Once we decided we could no longer drag around 4 suitcases on our trip to Europe, we made arrangements to have one of the bags picked up and put in all of the clothes we would no longer wear. We were in Europe for 10 weeks visiting many different areas so needed warm clothes and summer clothes. We had clear instructions and the bag was picked up by noon so we were free to be a tourist the rest of the day! Our bags were delivered back to the US in just a few days.

I researched it online and found good reviews on trustpilot.com and decided to go ahead and book. I am SO glad I did. The booking process was easy! The updates on text and email assured me during my travels that my bag was successfully picked up, en route, and delivered. My duffel suitcase had a few semi-fragile things inside, and everything arrived safely and intact - and early! I highly recommend Send My Bag. This reliable company allowed my husband and me to travel unencumbered while hitting some quick spots in Europe before proceeding with our long leg to Asia. Another thing I love about this company is that my duffel-style suitcase was no problem for them.

Web site easy to navigate. Communication from Send my bag excellent with explicit instructions. Case collected by Parcel force from my home and delivered to my destination next day. This was repeated on my return journey. I downloaded the App which enabled me to track where my case was on the journey. I will certainly use Send my bag the next time I travel in the UK.
