The website is way too hard to use when you use the custom package method. It kept adding an additional hotel expense. I even called Customerservice and they were of no help at all. The girl I spoke to acted like she didn't even know what day it was and couldn't offer me any solutions other than maybe just start over which I did about four times. I was really close to deleting everything and booking through someone else, just so you know.
It was smooth and easy to use the booking site. Got confirmation that order went thru and vouchers are ready. I assume we pick up the vouchers the day of the show.
We as a family have a time crunch and would have appreciated the opportunity to switch our tickets to a different day. Because of fine print and your policy we are having to rush around to make the show CV tonight. Seems to be an easy process to me, but the computer wouldn't allow leniency. I am sad.
The process of getting the tickets we purchased was streamlined with no problems. However, it was false advertising on the website stating that if you purchased one ticket you would get the 2nd ticket for free. It was nothing like this when I purchased the tickets and had to pay full price for each. Deceptive and needs to be stopped. We aired our concern when we picked up our tickets, but it didn't really matter. The show was amazing that we saw, but pretty hefty price, well over $100 for two people. We felt like we had been scammed.

My husband and I were looking into a get away to Branson. I was delighted to easily find the schedule for the Branson Belle and make reservations. It was an easy process and we are really looking forward to this vacation!

It was easy to purchase my tickets for the Showboat cruise, I was able to go to your website & read the details of each category of tickets. I chose the Captian's Club tickets because the menu had more f what I was looking for,
Should not have to go to a visiting center just to pick up ticket when I ordered my tickets online. I should have recrive them automatically to my email. Not go pick up my tickets. That is absolute bs.

I was under the impression I would receive tickets via email since I chose that option when I purchased tickets. However, when I received the booking confirmation I found out I have to pick up vouchers in Branson for the shows. This is very inconvenient.
