I purchase 2 tickets at 2 different times because some friends decided they wanted to go as well. And because I bought the tickets at different time they thought I had double booked. I was contacted by your office and confirmed I did want both bookings. The lady said she would make sure our seats were together. I am very pleased with this experience. Thank your staff.
It was easy to book a trip hotel and activities. I got tickets for two shows and tickets for the the theme park.

In regards to getting the voucher, I was surprised to learn after purchasing that we have to wait until we are physically there and go and pick up the tickets prior to the show. When I chose email, I thought I would get something to open up a voucher and print off or show when we get to the event. Like we do airline tickets. I can't judge the rest as we have not yet been there.
I did not realize this was a time share until they were paid so we paid more for our tickets than we should have.

Today, I looked at my credit card and saw I was billed $108.00 for the tickets I didn't receive and didn't realize I had purchased

The Branson Belle dinner show was awesome! The ticket purchase was a nightmare. I purchased tickets online and then found out later that I would have to pick up the tickets at a customer service center in Branson (not where the Branson Showboat was). We got in town 15 min before the "customer center" with no sign identifying the place was going to close. Got inside to find a line of people waiting to get their tickets. Come to find out, you have to pick up your tickets so they can sell you more things! We were a party of 4 and ended up divided in two different places at the show. Branson Shows. Com bombarded me with text and email offers all day. It was not a good experience.
