Ordered 2 shirts. Wrong sizes despite ordering larger than usual size.Offered to pay return postage and requested larger sizes. Received 3 emails saying write a review. Zero action on a refund or replacement just same standard "write a review" replies. The whole thing is a complete scam. The wrong sizes are intentional as many other reviewers claim. Basically done my $125 cold and left with a vastly inferior product to what was depicted which I can't wear. Avoid these scammers. I will be taking this to Australian media as their website implies they are an Australian based company
Don't do it! Clothing is THE CHEAPEST possible quality. Horrendous. Size charts are completely laughable. Sale items unreturnable and ALL their stuff is on sale. BIG TIME SCAM. No proof of purchase or invoice provided in parcels. Not worth my time searching my own records to find proof for this review! Im already $200 in the can.
1 Star (would give less if I could) Buyer Beware! I ordered clothing from buddhastoneshop.com following their size chart, but nothing fit correctly. When I tried to return the items, it was a nightmare—I had to email back and forth 10–11 times just to get a return address, which (surprise) turned out to be in China. If they are going to market and sell to U.S. customers, they should provide a local return option. As it stands, the return process is exhausting, costly, and discouraging. Unless you are 100% sure you will keep what you order, I strongly recommend avoiding this retailer.
I bought these mala beads in good faith from BuddhaStoneShop SPECIFICALLY because of the number of positive reviews on their website and also due to the negative reviews from other companies selling mala bead bracelets with cheap string holding them together. Sadly, BuddhaStoneShop is no different. After just 3 careful "wears" indoors, the elastic started stretched as you can see below. The string then begun fraying, and what you see are a cheap pile of beads on my floor, I'm not even sure are Tigers Eye & Obsidian after just 4 wears. Like many other reviews on this site, I sent countless emails to customer care all of which were returned as undelivered and many weeks of trying to achieve a refund from this company. Taking another look, ALL the reviews on there website are 5* (not one including mine, appears between 1*& 4*) ALL are short e.g. 4/5 words in total which leads me to believe they are all fake reviews. There is no reference to any contact address anywhere on this site, which leads e to believe they are possibly based in High St China. Their products are not cheaply priced but sadly the quality and customer care certainly is!
Scam
First of all, it is misleading that the website address in the UK is uk.BuddhaStoneshop.com which makes one assume that the store is located in the UK. There are two email addresses to contact for returns: Both email ids are fake as email bounced back on 3 occasions. All the products were of really poor quality and nothing like that depicted on the website. I was stupid enough to shop for £89 which I am out of pocket now. Such a scam. Please beware
After several emails unanswered regarding incorrectly sized clothing. These are sized XL and clearly have a waistband of 26"! That is a typical XS size. The company has finally responded but instead of doing the right thing, they've doubled down on the scam. First, they offered me 15% off to keep the completely wrong-sized items. Then they came back with 30%, but only if I agree to keep them. Meanwhile, they're refusing to cover the return shipping and fees, even though their own policy clearly says they will if the error is theirs. The sizing is way off, and it's absolutely their fault. I followed their size guide, and what I received wouldn't fit someone two sizes smaller. This is not a matter of preference, this is a bait-and-switch. Their so-called return policy is a joke, and their "customer service" is just a runaround. I won't be bribed into silence with partial refunds. They are dishonest, manipulative, and hiding behind fine print while pretending to care. Avoid this company at all costs.
I purchased 2 linen pants for my husband. It linen in description and in reality it was made from the cheapest material far away from. Linen fabric. It was too short for the size and a cheap label stated 50/50 linen /cotton, dry cleaning reccomended. I am dealing with return and they are stretching time and refusing to refund. Totally waste of time and money.
I ordered these pants, but when they arrived the material was nylon not cotton, and the product was poor quality made, they cost me $29, wouldn't buy from them ever again
Items aren't great quality is bad not the right sizing, customer services even worse than the products
I am Buddhist and was happy to order from this site. I ordered like 4 items. Order list include: jade ear ring, wallet, clothes, bracelet. When I got 1st order which came partially, I email them and ask them what happen to the rest of the order. They immediately replied that it was split into 2 orders. The 2nd order came the next day. All good so far. Now I start to use the wallet immediately and put bills and coins in. The very 1st thing I notice is that it won't stay close (it is not the zipper type, but a clamp type). The bills and CCs I put in is normal amount. So I try to send them the video of it but the email can't take larger video so I explain to them in the same email that I was corresponding to them. They told me to send the video to facebook chat. I eventually did (it wasn't not directly clear how I was going to send it in facebook) send it through messenger with the video of it within 2 weeks time. In between those time I asked about the policy of refund and pointed out that they have it that if the product is defective, then I should not be charged mailing it back. And it also say to explain the problem in that website for refund (nothing about a video is required). I asked them to confirm this, and they never got back on email or on the facebook. Also, the jade earrings, when one of it dropped on the floor, it broke.
I purchased the Casual Men's Solid Color Linen Drawstring Pants from Buddha Stone Shop in February 2025 for performing Yoga. I am an average sized American Male, so since ordering from China I ordered a 2X extra large size so they fit loosely. When they arrived in this small plastic bag and they were what would be considered a size small by American Standards. They are also very thin and cheaply made. I reached out to customer service and they replied that they come two sizes smaller than normal and they were "willing" to send me a 4XL size for and extra $12 and I could keep the original that is too small and I WOULD BE REQUIRED TO GIVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW! Their website says a 30 day money back guarantee! I wrote back that not only would I not send them $12 but I would just throw their pants in the garbage and write them a 1 star review. I unfortunately had not read all of the poor reviews for this company prior to buying their product. This company does not adhere to the most basic of acceptable business practices and should be avoided at all cost.
I ordered large size pants. The pants are made extra small. The only way to make a return is to email the company to request an address to return the items. This process is suspicious in and of itself. When I requested an address to make the return they ignored me completely. In my opinion this company is morally corrupt. I will give away the tiny pants if I can find someone small enough to fit into them. I do not trust Buddha Stone Shop and will NEVER shop with them again. They should be ashamed of themselves. Bad Karma.
I got scammed by this buddhastoneshop $58.06 us dollars. On February 17 I placed an order of 2 bracelets, one was supposed to be free. They charged a lot of money for shipping. Now the billing address was incorrect so I told them about it, but it didn't matter because the money came out of my account on February 18th. After I sent my shipping address per their request over 4 times, they still never sent the items and still no refund. Supposed to be a good energy bracelets and I would not want them since now I am very disappointed and upset, it would just bring bad energy. I got scammed.
Nothing on the website is legit with quality. There's nothing wrong with items coming from China, as most things already do. The problem is that they claim to be some "holy" place with excellent quality & blessings from Buddha. The only blessings they will receive is karma in every life time.
These items are $2 on AliExpress & Shein. It's very easy to find & the website wants $130+ for strings and plastic. Nothing is gold, it's spray paint if anything.
Use your discernment & do your research.
Neglectful costumer service.
Failure to honor there policy.
Morally and ethically insecure.
Refusal to work with customer to return unwanted items that I did not even order. As well as stalling me until the 30 Day return window closes.
All around spiritual materialism.
The product took 2 weeks to deliver after paying delivery charges and was delivered damaged. Disgusting experience. It was meant to be a gift wonder how such companies exist after charging the full amount and delivering poor products and sub standard products.
I placed the order in May. The items went missing due to shipping facitiy mistake. 6 weeks later i requested a refund. The store decline a refund saying that they can only arrange a reshipment without additional charges to me. The items finally came 2 months after. The product quality is supper poor. The package is also damaged. Please don't buy from them.
I received the bracelet and wore it two days when the closure broke and the chain split. Have emailed and no response. Listed as from Miami but company based in Sunrise and delivered from China. Good thing my husband is a designer of fine jewelry and he'll fix it.
I purchased a Buddha Stones Cinnabar Blessing Red String 14K Gold Infinity Symbol Bracelet Anklet for my wife. Very beautiful; however, it came untied and I sent a request to get instructions on how to fix it. I was told my purchase was past 30 days and they could do nothing. Unfortunately, poor quality products as well as service. I will find somewhere else that can provide both.
To be honest I was apprehensive, I have been burned by on line over seas orders before. However, I over came my concerns and went for it. I just received my order (Which by the way I was able to track every step of the journey.) When the parcels arrived I was very nervous the packages were crushed in transit. As I opened them up I was delighted to find all the products not only intact, but even more lovely then described. So, I am a very pleased customer. I will return in the future.
Answer: Product is $2 on AliExpress, cheap, no gold or real metals & sold as "gold" on their website for $130+ You decide if they're scam or legit.
