It is missing color over half of it. It is a 10' x 10' backdrop. It does not look like it was advertised. I even paid for expedited shipping and I'm having to fight them through PayPal to get it back.

I ordered a very large (20ft by 9ft) back drop for my model train and slot car layout, took a long time (weeks) for order to be processed but I was in no particular hurry.
According to the tracking the order eventually arrived in U.S. at JFK, then there was no movement for a long time (again weeks).
Contacted the company and they stated the carrier had lost the package, I asked for a refund but "Sofia" talked me into having the order reshipped, foolishly I agreed.
Long story short I still don't have the backdrop and now I get no reply to my inquiries on either E-mail to Sofia, their "contact us" function or direct E-mail to the company.
To summarize, paid for product, never received it, being ignored by the company= Ripped off.
Do NOT buy from this company!

Customer service were very rude, unhelpful and didn't offer any resolution. TERRIBLE experience. I contacted them a number of times and even offered to return the goods but they refused to refund me for the postage which would have cost as much as the product. I would never deal with these people ever again.

Did not provide tracking information. PayPal case opened. No response. Contacted via website. No response. Great bait prices. Money processes immediately. Non delivery of goods as promised via website. Epic fail. Buyer beware! I would post photos but I never received products.

This photo backdrop is a complete waste of money. Upon arrival, it was folded instead of rolled which caused an abundance of wrinkles and creases that made it completely unusable. No amount of ironing or steaming could get rid of the wrinkles. The product was marketed as a high-quality, professional backdrop, but the reality was far from that. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone and I'm very disappointed with my purchase. Save your money and invest in a better quality backdrop that will actually serve its purpose.

I purchased a backdrop on Dec 6th 2022.
I paid the extra$35 for express shipping.the page states it arrives withingn3-5 days.as.I needed the backdrop by Friday the 16th.
For an underprivileged kids. Christmas party.
I have tracked the backdrop and its still in China somewhere.
This is Thursday the 15th.
All they will tell me us the tracking number.
And it was shipped with DHL.
Please do not purchase anything from Buy Backdrop.Its.out of China.
And certainly do not waste.
You're money on express shipping as you won't get it any faster!
The live chat is bogus.

They will not send me a shipping label to return even though it arrived over a month after I ordered it. It is terrible quality and doesn't match the other 2 I ordered several months ago at all in color or design. Picture on left is new one and pic on right is what I wanted it to look like. They say I have to pay for shipping, which is over $75 to China. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

For starters, never received confirmation of order. Company didn't respond to numerous emails over many weeks for help and clarification. Only after I told them I was going to get a 100% refund from PayPal did they send the order. Now if I return the item I get only 50% refund. (Of course I needed the backdrop for a project with a deadline and didn't think I would EVER receive this, so bought it elsewhere.) Guess they figured "Send her this piece of junk and keep 50% of her money when she returns it or get 0% when PayPal refunds her." Clever business model.

I purchased 3 — 3'x5' backdrops from buy-backdrop.com and they arrived folded into a square for shipping. Their site says to place it outside in the sun (on concrete/ground) to remove wrinkles…IT DOES NOT WORK. I tried a cool setting steaming — DOES NOT WORK. Someone in the comments on site said to place it in the dryer — DOES NOT WORK. It's impossible to remove the wrinkles! And, it's impossible to contact them. I threw them all in the trash. Additionally, I had to go through PayPal to get any updates on the shipping details, then they sent them to me and then, it was automatically online. WHY a don't they just offer that information when they ship to avoid confusion and long delay upset. I had no idea they were coming from China. Don't waste your money here.

Is there a 0 star rating? I need the backdrop on a certain date that's why i paid 40 plus dollars for express (3-5 days delivery as stated in the website). But i received it after 22 days and my event is already finished. No refund for the express fee i paid. What will i do with the backdrop now?!

Like everyone else, I purchased form this "company" and they took my money and sent me a fake tracking number. It's been 5 months and I haven't received my order. I demanded a refund and they just send me a 1 line email, it's in transit here is the tracking number. It still shows as in CHINA! It's fake. DO not order from these scammers. Place your credit card charge backs now! Get your money back from these lying criminals! Spread the word!

I ordered 8 backdrops 04/29 Spent over $350 on this order. Shipping label was made but does not mean it has been shipped according to USPS. As for 17TRACK the website for tracking in China only shows departure and arrival dates and times but no location or movement. Not even sure if that website is legit. Nothing about this company or the tracking company sounds legit. The chat line on this backdrop website is not even real no one is ever online. I have left an email and only got a short message that my order was shipped and in transit. And that's it. Which means still in China but no where close to the UNited states. I had thought the website states 9-12 days for standard shipping. I don't belive thet to be true. I will not order from here again for my company.

Took my money but never received the package. I'm still waiting on my package to deliver but never even received a shipping tracking number. And the promised shipping time? I payed extra for my order to arrive faster, but not only it didn't arrived faster, it didn't come at all. Terrible
Don't bother doing business with them.

I orders a backdrop on 11/13/21 It is now 1/25/22 I still do not have my backdrop and now Bella will not even answer my emails. The tracking does not work anymore. They will not refund my money or even send me another one. The customer service is not good at all. This company is nothing but a rip off. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY!

I had a shoot planned with the backdrop I ordered.

Ordered December 1st, paid for fast shipping, never got feedback.

I tried to contact the company many times regarding the issue, no feedback.

My shoot is now on Friday, and i'll probably will need to buy another backdrop.

What a Nightmare!

Order didn't show up and they won't response to email or the "contact us" link on their site. Asked for my money back. Should of read other reviews before buying from this site. Terrible customer service.

We bought 3 backdrops and the stands to hang them across 2 orders. Using for stage backdrop. The stands are junk, you can do better for the price. On Nov 28 I ordered a Christmas backdrop which still has not arrived and today is Dec 31.
I will say the quality of the backdrop material is good.

We have been tring to get a refund since September, as the cloth was advertised as rusty metal back drop, and when arrived it was nothing like the picture. Bella refuses to talk to us Following up from my wife's e mail, the item sent is clearly not the item advertised and is very misleading
Please issue a full refund via my pay pal account. The item has been sent back to you and you still have not to given us a refund
I enclose the advert photo to what we actulally got and theres a foot print mark, showing someone stood on it while still wet. Its nothing like what we paid for.

BEWARE! I really don't understand the positive reviews and can only assume they are fake. This product arrived FOLDED with deep wrinkles and the quality of the image is TERRIBLE (looks NOTHING like the photo). Their "customer service" said I could lay-flat or roll the product and the wrinkles would disappear. Nope. If you are a professional, this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The return shipping is $60 because this company ships / returns to CHINA so there are huge fees if you have any issues. Buy-Backdrops no longer replies to my emails regarding my issues with their products. Stick to something local with a good reputation. This was a huge mistake.

When I ordered and started tracking my order said it was shipped! I ordered on sept 29 and no movement after the 4th of October! When I requested why there hasn't been any movement a week later I was told there may be delays! I wait again! And I am way passed my arrival date! I wrote again to ask about a refund and never even got a reply to that email! Obviously a total scam! And now can't even find the email with the tracking number period!
