Order was placed November 29,2024 as a gift for a December 7,2024 birthday. Numerous phone calls, almost weekly delivered incorrect information base on international sourcing problems. When I ordered, there was no disclosure of an international purchase or that a refund could not be requested until a month elapsed. Then information was provided that a shipping label had been generated but not acted on due to export delays. More calls and just a frustrating experience. Finally after easily 20 phone calls a refund was promised in mid January and it arrived at the end of January. I will never deal with this company again.

After ordering an item and waiting a couple of weeks, the wrong bottle arrived. While customer service tried to resolve the issue, I was disappointed to learn that the item was unavailable and nothing could be done. I was sent a return label to ship the item back for a full refund, but again was disappointed that they didn't offer a gift card or additional credit (above and beyond a refund) as a way to acknowledge the inconvenience.

The purchase date was 12/10/2024 with a delivery date of 12/20/2024. This was a christmas gift. I called the company and they told me the item shipped 12/17 however, no tracking number. I never received any tracking information and the Christmas gift arrived 1/10/2025. Due to lack of communication I put in a charge back. Now I have to change the chargeback as it was delivered. I would have appreciated some customer service and follow up. I won't order from this company again.

It was my first time purchasing from the company. Overall it was a pleasant experience, except that I didn't think it was going to take so long. I've ordered on December 5th (as a Christmas gift for my husband) and I ordered especially because it said "get it by December 16th". I didn't get it until January 6th which was a little bit disappointing but the bright side of the experience was Luke who assisted me and helped with my questions and concerns. I will definitely be buying again, I just wanted to point out the little bit of disappointment and misinformation about the delivery date. Thank you.

The product arrived in a relatively timely manner. However I was not informed until after I placed the order that the delivery had to be signed for by an adult. It totally makes sense but I had never ordered alcohol through the mail before so I hadn't anticipated that. I travel a lot so it seemed hit or miss that I would be home to receive the package. I was not given any kind of estimated turn around time and it would have been very helpful if I had received updates about when to expect the delivery.
