I ordered a lengha in March for it to be delivered in time for a wedding I have this week. Mid-April I get a message stating it did not pass the quality test, and that the product was unavailable. Anxiously, I ordered a new outfit and paid for express delivery. The day the outfit was supposed to dispatch, I get another message that it has been delayed. The lengha was supposed to dispatch today, but I still have not received any acknowledgement about the matter.
I have been communicating with customer service via facebook messenger, in which they kept replying to me with the same response but in different sentence structures. It is discouraging to the customer, and not good customer service. I loved shopping at Cbazaar, but will definitely consider taking my business else where.

I read all these amazing customer reviews and was still very skeptical at first to purchase from Cbazaar.
I had to give it a try to know it's worth. Therefore, I ordered a red Prachi Desai anarkali suit - size 32. My normal size is 34 but I ordered a 32 which will come fitting as a 34.
I made a note of the order ID and immediately contacted customer service from Facebook to ensure my order is processed correctly.
I also informed them if this could be done a little quicker as I need it for my wedding day.
All it took was exactly 1 WEEK! I repeat, just 1 WEEK from 26th March to 2nd April where the product was delivered, perfectly stitched, beautifully packaged and everything was just top notch about this website!
Your stitching fitted me LIKE A GLOVE!

An advise would be to keep track of your order ID, stay in touch with the customer service and keep an eye on the DHL delivery ensuring your delivery address is updated correctly.

Really pleased with my outfit thst arrived well before the time given. The fitting of the lengha top was perfect but the skirt was too big... better to be too big than small as it can be easily altered. Loved the quality of this suit. Over the moon!

My products were of too quality when received from cbazaar. I had an issue with the zipper on one outfit and I contacted customer service immediately, they responded promptly and were so friendly throughout the whole time until the issue was resolved. Satisfied with the shopping experience with Cbazaar to some extent. They care about their clients, if they make mistakes with the measurements but it's a headache to courier the wrongly stitched item back to them and wait for the other one. So its better to go for unstitched fabric.
Also, there is huge delay in delivering the items.

I have received my orders and honestly speaking I am pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect online product to be so good. The material, cut, stitching and embroidery is just perfectly wonderful. It is many folds better than any famous boutique.
