Thanks to cbazar for creating a perfect dress for me. This was not my first time ordering from the site but this dress was ordered by me by just looking at the sketch by the designer.

Loved it so much. The quality of material is awesome and very rich red motifs on the choli part make this dress so beautiful!

Loved everything about this dress including the stitching, timely delivery and craftsmanship. Thanks to the cbazar team.

Pros:
* Great online site - collection, custom design with Ethnovogur and deals
* great customer service after the order had been placed - clear communication by Cbazaar team
* quality products and stitching/tailoring
Cons -
As exciting as it is to get customize with Ethnovogue, Pay attention to details and expect the end product be different than your imagination. For perfect fit, you might want to pay extra for custom stitching, instead of ready size. My blouse sleeves needed to be altered. But the chest fit well.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered a saree from then about two weeks ago. Immediately after I placed the order, I cancelled it because I no longer needed it. I called to cancel and explained that I no longer need the product as the event I bought it for got cancelled. They assured they would cancel it and refund would be issued. I also sent an email so that there was no confusion about when I sent the cancellation request. Five days later, my order still hadn't been cancelled and I kept getting these emails asking me to submit measurements for the blouse. I called them again only to find out that they hadn't even approved the cancellation request because "they were trying to get in touch with me to talk me into not cancelling the order". I thought it was really abusrd because I had clearly told them that I didn't need the product. After a long discussion, they finally agreed to cancel my order. You guessed it right- they still haven't cancelled my order and god know how long the actual refund process is going to take. I emailed them multiple times and I get the same "Your order will get cancelled within 24-48 hours" message. I don't think they have any intention of refunding my money. They are probably holding their breath thinking that I will eventually give up and stop following up about my refund. If it was a small amount I wouldn't even bother that much but its $150 down the drain. Please stay away from this company, try Utsav or Mirraw, my relatives have used them and don't seem to have an issue with them. I was thinking of complaining to Better Business Bureau but looks like they are based out of India. Before, spending your hard earned money here, please think a dozen times. They have terrible customer service and are basically thieves.

I have purchased over 6 gorgeous outfits from you over the last year... and never was I disappointed. The quality, styles, size were all excellent... your delivery time was on time. Your customer service was excellent. Going beyond. Had issues getting online and your team made it so easy for me... keep up the great work... i have referred you to others... thank you for an excellent service... especially online shoppingblessings.

I was skeptical about this website, but finally got a good product and the service was prompt as assured right from the start.
