Honestly never had an issue with them from the get go! Had placed an order with them just recently on the 5/8, for a Google pixel 6A. It arrived but sadly it wouldn't connect to my wifi or my sim card, figured there was an issue with the device. But luckily I was within the return window, and they quickly responded to my return request and sent me a label to send back the phone for an exchange. This entire thing took 3 days and it was quick, gladly now I have a phone that I'm extremely happy with and I must mention that their representatives were all extremely nice and helpful. 5 star all that board! 10/10 experience.

Sold a 3G phone to my elderly mother that was suppose to be AT&T compatible however, AT&T stopped supporting 3G in Feb 2022! The phone is worthless $160 that they should refund.

I bought a cell phone at a good price, only to find it was not usable in the way I intended. Customer service was minimally helpful, and I ended up paying a 20% restocking charge.\

Do not deal with these ganifs.

After purchasing an Android phone I realized it wasn't the one I really wanted. The staff at cell2get were very gracious and accommodating. They could have charged a restock fee as it is written policy but didn't. They refunded my payment in full. I knew they had good products because I've purchased from them before and was very satisfied. I look forward to future dealings with Marvin and George as they are very professional business people. Ordered from them several times and did not have any issues. Customer service and representative were genuine and prices are fair for what's out there on the market for phones.

My wife and I recently upgraded our phones. Adam could not have been any better. He asked a lot of questions as to what we want out of our phones and matched us up with two ideal phones that meet all our needs. He was professional and very competent at what he was doing. He also took the time to give us a brief tutorial on how all the Apps work. Great experience and excellent prices for the phones.

This product is excellent in its category. After I had it in my possession, I examined it and found that both the quality and the craftsmanship were excellent. Because the screen is so big and so crisp, navigating it and using it is a breeze.

I have had many attempts online throught stores and retailers online and having such a headache of sending phones back because they didnt sell me what was advertised or what I was looking for. But after getting into electronicsforce to finally getting the LG V60 in a excellent condition that meets my service requirements my headache was no more!

My order went through fine and shipping was reasonable. The only issue is that the listing has multiple errors that lead me to order the wrong model of phone. The picture is of a CAT S62 Pro LTE; and the specs are for a CAT S62 Pro LTE even listing that as the model number, 6GB of memory or ram and the Flir thermal camera. I was however sent a regular S62 phone which only has 4GB of ram and no thermal camera. I am returning the device. Customer service on the phone was very rude and blamed me for the mistake even though the listing is full of errors.

My experience's with jack has been absolutely amazing! I have purchased from their web store a couple of times and he was incredibly helpful each and every time I called for questions. I can understand these harsh reviews about them. They are equivalent to the negative reviews you have on Amazon products, which sadly people are either dumb or they don't understand what they are buying. Sadly we have people like them but luckily we have people like the customer service rep that I spoke with which he was cool! Easy to deal with and very kind, answered all my questions and placed an order on the website right away. Products they sell are at a relatively great deal, with shipping is what I expect as well as the product advertisement. Honestly I'm going to be a future customer of theirs.

Have been such a success purchasing from them and for my friend a phone. Both came brand new as advertised, prices are fair, customer service was helpful and straight forward.
