If your order a new phone, you most likely will get a used one in a generic box. They may put a new housing on it so it looks new. They spend most of their time writing fake reviews, you can tell all the
"5 star" reviews are written by the same 2 people. Be warned and read the better business bureau complaints. About used and stolen phones. Cell2Get seems to be a one-man operation run by a Melvin Furman, he also goes by Steve and other names. I am surprised that he is still in business.

Steve was very helpful, patient, and professional as I bought a new phone from them over the website, I couldn't have done it without him. Phone got in New as advertised and on time with usps ground shipping. I highly recommend this store. Thanks, steve for the knowledge and support.

I initially bought from this store for the first time a week ago and spoke with melvin about the phones I was interested in that would work with AT&T's is service. Melvin was very knowledgeable about each phone I was interested in, the cost of the phone. Melvin was extremely patient with me and all the questions I asked. I promise him I was going to return the next day but things happened and I was not able to return until today. Today I dealt with Adam, who was also very patient and knowledgeable with everything my husband and I was looking for. We upgraded our phones and even got the AT&T service installed for 30 days which adam mentioned and told us all about. I've been dealing with the same cell2get salesperson for many years but he's been promoted so I had to find a new store. I must say this store online will be my new store and with great sales agents like Melvin and Adam, I'm sold. I've been an cell2get customer for almost 20 years and I must say they never fail.

Steve is a very knowledgeable professional.
Anytime I have questions or issue with my phone he got me the right answer.
He is great and a keeper!

My wife's phone was stolen and my completely crashed in the span of a week. I NEED my phone for work and couldn't wait another day. Not only did I get the phone ASAP but got a GREAT deal on top of all that. Walked away paying much less than I expected with basically the same phone. Went from Samsung s20 ultra to Samsung s20 but for me it's the exact same phone. It to mention the service was 100% excellent.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is a MAJOR rip-off! I wish I had gone the the Better Business Bureau website first, as I would have seen all the complaints, and would not have bought from them. They sold me a phone that was supposed to be new. It was not. Not only that, but the phone was also bad. I did not end up activating it. In fact, I requested a return authorization the same day I received the phone. It took a while to finally receive that. I paid the shipping back, which under the circumstances, I should not have had to. Then, on top of that, they charged a restocking fee, and although it was supposedly free shipping, they apparently also subtracted for that too. UNBELIEVABLE! So they ended up only refunding about 77% of what we paid, plus, like I said, we paid the return shipping. Why would you restock a bad phone? You want to know why? Because they will most likely turn around and resell it to someone else, and when it gets returned, there's more money in the seller's pocket!

My personal favorite merchant to buy phones from is o ly going to be from cell2get! And they truly deserve my approval and overall satisfaction.

I personally havent experienced any difficulties from them. Everything went as smooth as butter. Glad to be able to do business with them.

This is a great spot to view gear you'd like the get before you actually get it. Well staffed with professionals who know what they're talking about.

Had a phone that got completely damaged at work, and saw they sell the rugged cat phones. Excellent phone for construction and for a rough daily job with features that you don't need to buy extra equipment for.

I had an insurance claim and the only place I could find a phone similar to the one that was damaged was Cell2Get. The phone they sent me originally did not connect to the network towers so I called Cell2Get to inform them it was not working. I was told to send the phone back and a new one will be sent out express shipping when it arrives and they would credit me for the return shipping. The original phone was delivered to their facility on Jan 23,2021 according to the tracking. It has been difficult to reach customer service and when I can get someone to answer the phone, they say the original phone has not arrived back at the warehouse and they will check on it. After trying to reach them several times and getting to speak to someone 3 times, they finally sent the replacement phone back out on Jan 29 but it did not go express shipping like I was told and I did not get a credit for the return shipping. As of today, 2/4/2021, I still do not have the phone and USPS has a start date for tracking but there is no information stating when it will be delivered. If you have a return/exchange expect a long wait. Defective phone sent back 1/20/2021, Tracking said received on 01/23/2021, Told it would be sent out 1/29/2021 but have not received the phone yet. Today is 02/04/2021

Update: I finally got the replacement phone on 02/06/2021 and guess what,... you got it, it didn't work either! I have sent messages and ask for a solution with no response or "I check, call us back" and no one answers or returns messages. One guy even had me put in a new RMA because he "couldn't look up the RMA from the day before" (something sketchy there) and said to call him back later. Sent a message on line asking for a RMA with refund and they tell me there are no returns, just exchanges. Any reputable company would do so if they sold you a product that did not work then sent a replacement that did not work. They must not like to deal with issues. They'll take your money but if it's not a good product they don't seem to care. They just blow me off. Be very leery of this store! You would get better service and better pricing with eBay. The only reason I used Cell2Get is because the insurance that was covering my old phone would not accept purchases from eBay. So much for "When it comes to service being good is not good enough, we strive for excellence". By the way they have another website "Electronics Force".

If you are going to be selling phones then you need to have a wide selection and thankfully this is what he had. I was able to pick the best phone and bought it from them. The phone has been working great and I am glad that I made the right decision.
