I needed to buy a smartphone because mine got stolen and the service provider store was so completely unhelpful (almost rude). I went to cell2get's website and Adam was extremely helpful and patient, helped me figure it out, and how I should get my phone as soon as possible. He didn't rush me and wasn't condescending or robotic. I consistently leave phone stores exhausted, distraught and crying, but i had a great experience at this one retailer and will definitely return for any phone assistance i need. Thank you!

One of the best cell phones stores in the United States and the world. Service as always excellent, with employees speaking more than one language (Spanish and english). You can order through the website and withdraw after three hours in the store. I highly recommend visiting, even if you don't want to buy anything

I ordered two phones with three-day delivery. After waiting a week I called cell2get and they said they would refund the shipping fee and overnight the phones, I would receive tracking info via email. Two days later I hadn't received tracking info, called, and I was told the exact same thing: they will overnight the next day, await the email. This happened three more times, finally the manager called me after I told cell2get I wanted a refund. He said I would be refunded. The phones arrived today (more than two weeks after my order), the refund hasn't been given so I'll keep the phones and the charges. The process was infuriating.

This phone store is awesome. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. He answered all our needed questions in a respectful manner and we went ahead after the call to place our order for a new s20 ultra on their website. The manager was great as well, when we received the wrong color by mistake he was quick enough to send us a return label and ship out an exchange right away. Within a day I had the correct phone I ordered. I can only say good things about cell2get! I highly recommend them.

My experience with the last purchase, was positive, considering I was initially be disappointed after reading their BBB complaints, gladly I was one of the many that had a positive experience. As it turns out, once I got the phone, it was surprisingly easy to follow the instructions on the screen. When I called in, steve was very helpful and particularly patient with me during my decision process. Appreciated his calm and pleasant demeanor as well as his efforts to get me the phone I wanted.

Melvin was extremely friendly and very professional. He took the time to work through helping us buy a new smartphone because we were exchanging from a very old flip phone to a new one, and he was very helpful in explaining things and getting the new phone set up. One could not ask for a better experience. He is a model of smart, knowledgable, friendly service.

Great experience. Suburb staff. Very friendly. The most robust, professional phone store that I have bought online from, in the United States. They have a massive category of phones which is pretty complex when you open their site, and had such a positive attitude when I emailed them regardinga few questions about an item that was listed. We also had fun when the phone arrived before the ETA so that's always great. And inside the package phone came in original packaging and all the new and original accessories with it. Stop by their website or you will miss out! Cell2get has great deals now too!

I stepped into the website to purchase a new phone and was quickly shipped. I saw a bunch of different phones and specs on their website... unfortunately the first phone I wanted was not in stock but called and spoke to a representative and he helped me navigate phones and some suggestions in the future. Super knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point. Super recommend them! And after the 2nd purchase I have received my phone before the estimated delivery time and I can confirm that they sell new phones in the box. For the record I ordered a galaxy s21 plus.

Every time I've bought from this store, I've experienced the best help and customer service. I purposefully pass other sites like Amazon or service provider stores to get a phone from this store. The prices here is incredible.

Visit this website and ask for Jack of you ever decide to give them a call, for his excellent customer service or melvin. Excellent team overall. They will provide you with every bit of information you want to hear about the device you are interested in. I Was wondering why many people love them. They sell out the authentic stuff in New boxes and shipping took very little time to come after going with the ground shipping.

So I went ahead and called them to make sure that they have the galaxy s20 in stock brand new in the original box. They said they did and it didn't mention on their website if it was new or refurbished, so I was a little worried at first. I went ahead and placed the order, and paid extra 29$ to have it 2 day shipped. However 10 days later it had arrived, after a few calls with them asking where package is, because USPS doesn't have the package. So after many stories from them about the package, I managed to get a refund for the shipping. And when I finally received the package, the phone was new after checking it out, but it wasn't in an original box, with the old Samsung chargers. After calling them again, they did provide me a return shipping label and exchanged the phone for me. The entire exchange process took very little time with just 2 days to get the correct phone. And representatives are really helpful and nice, but overall they should be a little bit more transparent about their products before lying to customers, and getting the run around and headache. And I truly appreciate the managers (Melvin) help with dealing about this order.

How can I ever EVER thank you for going the extra 20 miles and educating me on the device... for your warm and impeccable customer skills... for your willingness to share your knowledge and allowing me to become more tech savvy. I came into your store to find out the cost of replacing my frayed phone. I left your website with a device for my mom, an additional line after contacting my service provider and a better outlook on life. Again, you were wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. Why can't all cellular reps be just like you? Anyway... bye-bye for now... i will see you again when it's time for my upgrade.

Best customer service so far! Melvin and George are very very helpful and knowledgeable also, they go out of their way to help you in every way they can. Ive been to other stores but somehow they just end up being rude instead of giving information, but this store has best employees so far. Highly recommend them, give them a chance to help you and they will give you the best in store.

They sent the wrong item. The device doesn't even turn on. It came in a fake box that wasn't the sidekick box. I paid for overnight shipping and waited 7 days. They shipped it to the wrong address. I ordered a sidekick LX 2009 BRAND NEW. I received a sidekick LX 2006-07 not brand new. In a fake broken box. Not working then I was told by customer service that the item I purchased wasn't in stock. Yet instead of telling me that. They took my money and sent me a broken device anyway. Yeah also I have to pay for shipping if I want to return the item for refund. 140+45 for overnight shipping. Now I gotta pay more.
