We received our car with dents and scratches on rhe roof. I took pictures prior to the car being transported. All clear. When I got my car it had dents and scratches on the roof. Ceva rejected this and never asked to see my photos to prove it had no damage prior to transportation. DONT USE THEM... RUBBISH COMPANY. HOW DARE THEY REJECT MY CLAIM WITHOUT ASKING FOR PHOTOS... NOT EVEN HAVE AN ASSESSOR TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE. THE GUY WHO DELIVERED OUR CAR, TOOK PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE PRIOR TO DELIVERY TO US AND COMPARED MY PHOTOS TO HIS... NO DAMAGE PRIOR... THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE DEREGERESTED... CRAP COMPANY. These photos are of my car the day it was picked up. No damage. Not worth any stars...

Fantastic service and experience.

This is the third time I have moved a car with Ceva and once again the process was seamless. In this occasion my Tesla was picked up from the home location in NSW and was promptly shipped to the SA depot, and was avaliable two days earlier than the ETA. I was called in the morning and when I arrived to collect the car it was waiting in the car park looking great! Thank you to the staff and drivers at Ceva! I highly recommend your service to my friends.

Everything went smoothly!

First time using CEVA for vehicle transportation. Driver arrived within the allocated time slot but I wish he'd call prior to give an ETA. For delivery, I requested the depot and was able to pickup my car a day earlier than expected, which was great!

Got scratched on body
August 25, 2025

I recently had my van delivered by CEVA Transport. While delivery was on time, I was extremely disappointed to find a clear scratch on the body panel that was not there before transport. This is not just a bumper scuff — it's visible damage to the painted surface and will require professional repair.
I expected my vehicle to be handled with care, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

The communication is nonexistent. You can only talk to an overseas contact center who can only use email to contact the people on the ground.

Driver turn up. Didn't get out of truck and drove off even though we were standing out the front.

Any other company or form of transportation is better than this shocking business.

Damage to the car

My car has stone chips on the windscreen and a screatch and a chip on the drivers door that was not there. You can even check your photos from Melbourne as I watched the inspector photo the car and he felt the door Infront of me showing no chips!

I deeply regret choosing CEVA to transport my vehicles. They promised delivery by December 30, but it's now been over three weeks with no updates, calls, or explanations. The complete lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating. I trusted this company with an important task, and they failed to deliver in every sense. I wouldn't recommend CEVA to anyone looking for reliable vehicle transportation.

Apology for the bad experience. Currently, we don't have proactive approach for any delays. All the dates that we provided are estimate only, this depends on availability of carrier/trucks, volume of freights and other factors Operations may foresee.

This is not the ideal picture that we want you to have, but given the situation please know that we are working our best to minimize any inconvenience to you.

Both vehicle is scheduled to deliver today.

At this stage, the vehicle is estimated to arrive in Footscray rail (VIC) on 07/01, and further update on the status will be posted as soon as the vehicle is allocated.

Worked OK but detail of pickup missing. Website estimates of delivery were not at all accurate. Phone discussion said Friday. Was rung Wednesday afternoon to see if I wanted to pick it up. Had already organised for Friday. When I did pick up the car it had just been washed and charged which I considered excellent service.
