I have ordered 3 different pairs of shoes from Chamaripa, and I have been pleased with each purchase! Not only do they serve their purpose of providing additional height, but they are stylish as well. I've gotten many compliments on how they look. I've even exercised/went to the gym in one of the older pairs and had quite effective workouts. I am very happy with the products from Chamaripa, and I plan on purchasing more!

The expensive shoe I ordered was for winter and I ordered it in middle of summer to start wearing in fall. The bottom of the shoe was so badly made that it damaged my feet when I wore it for first time. They are well aware of the issue and quickly want to order in sole for the shoe to fix the issue. A $200 shoe should not require that since it cost them 10th of the cost to make it. They refused to replace or refund the shoe and you can not return it since it was worn once and they refuse to escalate or provide contact info for their management. Order shoes locally so you can access them within the country. This has been a worst experience dealing with this company

I had awful experience from this, just wonder home come they have positive reviews.
When I received my delivery found out, shoe was very uncomfortable & tight & texted them on WhatsApp about refund, they don't have any email address.
After about week I got reply from china when I sent them couple of texts.
She sent me return instructions & advised me to mention goods under $20usd in custom section, actual shoe was about $242 NZD they do all kind of doggy stuff. Anyway I sent back to China which cost me about $70 NZd

About 3 months I never heard anything back from them then I started chasing them about my return shoe.
Finally I got text from lady, saying my shoe got damage on the way therefore they can only refund me 40%
Eventually they refunded me 50%
I spent total $ 312 NZD, $242 plus $70 for return,
Got $121 NZd only
I recon it's totally unprofessional & doggy business, they replied my text messages after 2 week when I sent them multiple messages.

I ordered a product that was very nice, but I had to return for size. After weeks of emailing and calling (they do not answer calls - simply rolls to voicemail that is never returned - they do not respond to email), I had to reach out to my credit card provider and dispute the charge. I have documentation that my return was received weeks ago, but no refund issued and absolutely no response to my attempts to resolve. BEWARE…. I liked the product, but will not do business with a company with this kind of service.

I ordered a pair of shoes which did not fit. They gave me never-ending run around when I tried to return them, perpetually warning me that it would cost me a fortune to return them to China, and suggesting I just give or sell the shoes to someone who would like them! After MANY requests for the "return authorization number" (which they "require" but never sent) they gave me an address to send them to, warning me to LEAVE OFF any evidence of my order or purchase price, ostensibly to reduce the duty taxes (which they reminded me many times that I would have to pay, with no hint of how much that would be), but effectively leaving no way for my returned shoes to be connected to MY account! Since I now realize that there is no way these people will ever give me back the purchase price (they could claim they had to shell out $150 in "duty"...) I am forced to keep the shoes. IGNORE the positive reviews or overall 4-star rating or whatever. The positive reviews are clearly written by the company with fake American-sounding names like "John" and "Khalid" -- definitely NOT written by any American who speaks English.

I only ordered from Chamaripa Shoes because I ascertained that they offer free worldwide shipping and a 60-day return policy. While the shoes are visually as described on the website, they have an extremely unpleasant chemical smell which made me nauseous. Customer support confirmed that the shoes can have a strong chemical smell and for reasons unknown to be do not seem to see that a quality issue. Since I do not want to wear toxic shoes, I asked customer support to issue me a return shipping label as described on their page. Chamaripa, however, insisted that I have to send them photos of the shoes before they would issue me a return label. However, I do not understand how I can capture the smell on a photo, especially since Chamaripa has indicated that they are aware of the toxic chemicals in their shoes in the first place. Since my last correspondence with customer support, I have not received no further reply and of course no return label. While the shoes do make you taller, if you have no stomach for awful customer support and toxic chemicals, stay clear of Chamaripa at all costs.

I ordered a mens size US 10 dress shoes and a pair of black socks for a funeral. These were not shipped by the fourth day and did not receive in time for funeral. As they advertised it would be 5-7 business days international anywhere in the world. I am in Canada. I tried to contact customer service to complain and cancel. As they stated they were a China company. I had previous bad experience with all China companies. They then shipped the shoes and stated it was too late to cancel. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and to wait and try them. Sure enough they sent either two sizes too small or womens sizes. As their Mens size 10 US is actually a size 8 US. They also sent the wrong color of socks, they sent blue instead of black. I continuously complained and asked for a return shipping label of which they refused. As return shipping from Canada costs almost more than the shoes. No kidding over $150 Cnd to send these back and they want me to pay for this! I paid $175.10 US($240.88 CND) for these shoes. Very expensive and more if I ship back at my cost. This would end up costing me $400! Since this was their mistake they need to correct this. Instead their customer service stated to try wear the shoes more to stretch them, or to give to someone and buy a new pair from them! That was their response. Absolutely disgraceful this company is in business, should be shut down. I do not recommend to buy from this company. Buy from a reputable USA company like Richlee shoe company etc. Never from China again! My confirmed order number with Chamaripa is #*******862 this is a confirmed purchase that enables me to make this review.
