The shoes are nice and somehow comfortable to walk in, but I feel they could be a bit cheaper. I'm not completely convinced about the quality, which makes them seem a little overpriced to me.

Nada que objetar a la calidad del zapato. Sin embargo, el servicio posventa deja muchísimo que desear. Compré en noviembre cuatro pares de zapato con vistas a la Navida. Dos de ellos no le quedaban bien a mi hermano, por lo que quisimos devolverlo, hoy he recibido el reembolso, el cual no ha sido completo, ya que al haber usado un descuento no me han devuelto lo que gasté por ambos zapatos, sino que me han descontado también parte de los dos zapatos que me he quedado por no beneficiarme ya del descuento por lo que cuatro meses más tarde los dos zapatos que me he quedado me han salido más caros. No solo eso, sino que el proceso de devolución es caótico. Primero me dicen que si puedo poner unas plantillas, que si lo puedo regalar y me hacen un descuento. Después de decirle que no que quiero mi dinero me hacen devolverlo por mi cuenta teniendo un coste solo el envío de 45 €. Además, no verifican que el pedido haya llegado hasta que ellos quieren por lo que los zapatos llevan un mes en su almacén y ellos tienen mi dinero. Por más que lo he reclamado ha sido imposible recuperar el dinero hasta hoy y ya digo que no ha sido completo. Definitivamente no volveré a comprar porque aunque la calidad del zapato no sea mala no me dan seguridad

The online experience was smooth and. Pleasant. I initially didn't receive an invoice and tracking number when submitting my order, but reached out to customer service and they able to send me all the necessary information. The shoes themselves are of fairly high quality and height increasing sole is comfortable to walk in for short periods of time. One thing, the claimed 3" increase is false. The increase in height is more like 2" to 2" and 1/4. Overall pleased with this product.

About the height, the height is measured from the bottom of the back heel with the very top where you rest your foot. If put the shoes on, the height may be compresseddue to weight. Also, there are other factors that may not give you the height that is stated. These factors maybe you are not standing straight and you are not putting the feet to the back of the heel. We can guarantee the height is true to advertised when measure the shoes itself from bottom to insoles.

No se puede publicar en la página web el mismo precio de unas zapatillas de cualquier talla de las que puedo elegir y si no hay talla 45 en stock me dicen que tengo que pagar más del 50% para obtenerlas. Ejemplo unas zapatillas que cuestan 165 euros si necesito la talla 45 y no hay en stock me piden que paque 89+165=254 euros. No es mí problema que no exista en stock la talla 45 sino del fabricante y en ese caso quitar de la página web la talla 45

Contento con las botas con alza a medida, se ve de buen material. Lo único que quizás negativo es que ha tardado mucho (en torno a 2 meses) en fabricarla y que llegara, y el precio es también un poco elevado, pero bueno, tampoco hay muchas otras alternativas en el mercado. Nos gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad para disculparnos por el retraso en el envío de su pedido. El modelo C2B179D0031D que usted pidió es un modelo personalizado hecho a mano, no existe stock. Por lo general, se necesitan entre 10 y 15 días para personalizar un par de zapatos, pero su pedido demoró un poco más debido a las vacaciones.
Y el costo de personalizar un par de zapatos es mucho mayor que el de los zapatos fabricados en producción en masa. Por eso el precio es un poco más elevado que otros modelos en stock. Se agradecería mucho su amable comprensión sobre este asunto.
Espero que puedas disfrutar de la sensación superior cuando uses estos zapatos con alzas de 8 cm. ¡Háganos saber si hay algo en lo que podamos ayudarlo!

The worst online shopping experience! I purchased shoes for my husband, right after paying I called them to make sure I dis everything right, and no one answered the phone! One day later I get a WhatsApp message and find out that it will take 15! Days to make the shoes! I immediately wanted to process refund, but they told me it's impossible! I told them I paid extra 20$ to get the shoes in 4-7 working days and Norah told me I paid to get shoes after the making! Which means 15 days + 4-7days! I tell them I can't wait for so long, and they suggested to make the shoes in 10 days. And again the refund is impossible. I've also written the customer service and got no answer!
Never buy from this company, they just make money, are not customer oriented and for 300$ this is not the service we deserve!
