I received very terrible customer service. The representative was not knowledgeable and everytime I tried to speak to a representative they hung up on me. Also I suppose to pay for baggage within my package however I did not get that. The whole process was a disaster and I will not recommend this service to anyone. I am traveling for a funeral and this process made my experience worse.
It was a seamless process. Flight rates were displayed within seconds of searching and all information provided. I'd recommend anyone to use this website.

It ended up being good because of the last agent I spoke with who finally got me what I was looking for. However I did need to call numerous times because there were a couple of customer service people that were either rude or kept hanging up on me.

As a former Liaison Officer for Motorolla in my home country and Customer Service Manager for Walmart for 5 years here in the US, I will like to share a key ingredient in customer relations, and that is, honesty. It is what makes one company stands out over the rest. Please do not advertise a price on your tickets that you are not sure as to whether or not the airline will accept. I bought two *******@775.00 each for my nephew and wife recently on your website and about 24 hours later when I asked for the E-ticket number, a gentleman who was very professional and respectful identified himself as Wick apologized on the company's behalf and politely told me that the airline could not issue the tickets at that price and he convinced me to add $350.00 so that the tickets will be issued, which I did. After several hours, I called again about the tickets issuance, this time around he was dumbfounded and lost of words to tell me that the airline could still not issue the tickets at that price and asked me to give him few minutes so he could talk to his boss. After keeping me on hold for 2 minutes, he came back very ashamed with words very difficult to come out of his mouth and asked me to pay another $550.00 so that the tickets will be issued. I could sense his embarrassment. I felt really bad for the young man who had been placed in a difficultt situation. Please do not embarrass your staff.
The issue was resolved amicably, but as I write this report, you are still advertising the same price for the same destination, airline, date, and time.

I clicked the "choose your seats" which doesn't show extra charge for that, but it will change $40 after you purchased. I called and emailed them to decline the change. I'm still waiting for that. I'm not happy that they change like this.

Buying online ticket online is good, but if you call on the number which is on site to get $20.00 absolutely wrong and they code you much expensive price.
