FOUND good deal but had question so thought of contacting the number at the screen. Some one picked up the phone and within few seconds got disconnected (At least that's what I thought) but after redialing someone was picking the line but disconnecting everytime (I am positive about it). So ended up chatting to an agent on the web. Further had issues with the payment so contacted a different number provided in the email. The agent was able to assist and was professional and knowledgeable. Definitely they need to improve on customer service.
I am pretty happy that CheapFlightNow sent my booking information during the weekend when I was expecting it to come on weekdays, as mentioned on the site. But what irked me is that there was no mention that I would need a Transfer Visa from Japan to get to my country of destination. There was no mention that going from Narita Airport to Haneda Airport to get to my next flight would require me to have a visa. So now I have to go through the hassle of getting my Transfer Visa.
My overall experience was fair. My main grievance was with the 20 dollar fee tacked on in the very last window before selecting book your ticket for the "pick your seat" fee that was not revealed at the time of picking your seat. I will most likely try another site when choosing a flight that doesn't hide its fees.

When calling and trying to talk with someone about a problem they would hang up the phone call and not pickup for sometime.

I purchased a round trip from Islip MacArthur Airport to West Palm Beach Florida.
They had - supposedly a deal for $147 round trip,WELL!
And it begins!
By the time all the add-ons without going into details ticket came to $347.
So far so good, during my purchase I literally checked everything on their recommended purchase which means! Pre-purchasing your seat, guaranteed low price for future tickets, insurance on my ticket which means of course if you want to cancel you can rebook another date or Bank the ticket.
On their cancellation notice it states very clearly with the insurance purchase you can cancel 3 hours prior to boarding...
When I called to speak to them my call was redirected to another country that they hardly spoke English. Nothing against that but if you are going to screw me me at least let me understand what you're talking about. So I spoke to Abdul for about 25 minutes him telling me how my ticket will be lost due to my cancellation there is no refund whatsoever. But he said WAIT let me see what I could do for you and help you my friend! After a long drawn out back and forth he came up with a very fair deal to refund / rebook for a great price. WAIT- FOR- IT!
Keep in mind I did pay a cancellation insurance fee
A grand total of $797.00.
So my credit card company will file a complaint and dispute the charges...
