When I called to cancel my pets prescription shipment, Tameika, was very kind and considerate. When she found out, my dog had passed away, she not only canceled further shipments. She also sent flowers that is top-notch customer service!
I had to order a prescription food for my pet. On my end it seem to be placed and I filled in the information contact for my vet to approve. Somehow it was a disconnect and I called to sort through the process. At first the chewy representative was ok then she was snipy and very over confident and rude. I didn't like her attitude. She really did not have to exhibit that tone or attitude..

Every single time I have a issue with my dogs prescriptions that they have a copy in hand and have spoken with my vet but they still cannot get it correct. This last time they changed the prescription and said it is chewable only until they speak to my vet again when my vet only prescribes caplets and Chewy already sent me out 240 caplets 3 months ago and they still owe me 120 and want to force me to by the most expensive medication this time. Never again with me they can keep taking advantage of other people but not me again. I am going with JEFFERS now!
My daughter is in a safe house in another state, ND. I am in WY. ALL she has right now is her kitty. However because she had to flee from her residence for her safety she could not get her cat's food or litter. So, we chose to order her the supplies she needs from Chewy. My parents also want to help her given the situation, so I gave my parents cash for half the order and the order was placed on my father credit card. The account s under my name, the card is under my dads name and the address the order is being sent to is my daughters fathers home in ND, because we can't send it to the safe house for the protection of the residents there. My order was flagged on Saturday so I called and walked over to my dads house and he confirmed that yes its his card and yes it is fine to place the order, I DID THAT TWICE THAT DAY! Once to Amanda and once to another person that I can not remember the name of. When I got home from my dads house I looked at the order it was confirmed and had a shipping date of 6/14/23. My daughters has been feeding her kitty her food and she is using a card board box with dirt in it for litter. I am beyond dissatisfied and I will NEVER order from Chewy again, if Chewy is the LAST pet company on the $#*!ing planet I will make my own pet food! Absolutely horrible $#*!ing company, 100% worthless! Today is the 14th, no order. I look online and it has been canceled for the SAME reason I already called in about. My daughter is devastated all she has is her kitty right now and her poor kitty does not have food! Thanks Chewy!
Our family would like to thank Sarah and the rest of the Chewy family for the nice flowers we received after we sent word that we would no longer need food sent to the us. We had to put our faithful and loving companion Ryko down due to his illness. Thank you for caring.

As a cat mom, I'm very picky about what my cat eats. I was recommended Nature's Best Organic Cat Food by a fellow cat parent and decided to give it a go. Ordered from Chewy.com, and the package arrived within 3 days.The cat absolutely loves it. The ingredients seem healthy, and it's organic - that's a plus. If you've got a picky eater, give this one a shot.
Our dog food went up $20 per 42lb bag over 4 months. I'll be switching back to my original supplier.
We had a very hard time getting them and our vet to communicate, finally we did, so the next time we ordered the med did nit come no message from chew, so we called, they said we can't send until we get a prescription, we were not notified been 10 days, almost out of med, already paid 210 for the med, chewy has bad communication, won't except a faxed rx either, so we will be out of med,

We had an amazing surprise from Chewy when we found a package in our mailbox upon returning from our travels yesterday. A few weeks ago we shared with them some happy pics of our puppy, dashing through lake shore so excited and happy with his new toy and life vest we got from Chewy.
Unexpectedly, the Chewy team painted a portrait of our pup with his favorite toy and life vest on him! It came with a beautiful card with such personal touch.
At first having found a package from Chewy, I checked the app to see if perhaps we had ordered something from Chewy and forgot it was coming but, upon opening the package, we realized it was this beautiful surprise gift!

I have no business! I have a 16 years old cat I recently had to take all her teeth out, and this product is the very few things she is accepting to eat! Do you want pictures, so you don't blame in vane? How can you lose a client by making assumptions? You made me place a call and you couldn't ask? If I came to your website is because Amazon doesn't have chicken flavor; they are sending me 10 boxes with 5 packages like yours as we speak, and they are THE MOST IMPORTANT ONLINE RETAILER! What you're doing sounds either as a racist/nationalist matter… or as people very bad in doing businesses and very good loosing clients!

TRIED TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED THAT MY 15 YEAR CAT NEEDED TO HELP HIS BREATHING WHICH IS FAILING. THE PRESCRIPTION HELPS HIM BREATHE BETTER. FOR 2 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN TOLD FIE DIFFERENT TORIES AS HOW TO GET THE PRSCRIPTION FILLE. ALL THE PEOPLE AT CHEWY WERE WORRIED ABOUT IS HOW SORRY THEY WERE FOR THE PRVIOUS PERSON, WHO DROPPED THE BALL, AND SO ON AND SO ON FOR 2 WEEKS AND 5 TO 6 PEOPLE ALL INCOMPETENT AND ALL TELLING A DIFFERENT STORY. MEANWHILE MY PORR CAT STILL DOES NOT HAVE HIS MEDICINE. I SPEND AT CHEWY OVER $3000 PER MONTH THRU 3 DIFFERENT SOURCES (BUSINESS +PERSONAL).

I ordered bird seed for delivery and asked that they leave the box at my garage door as I am unable to carry the 50 lb bag down the stairs. This would be easier for the driver as the garage is closer to the street and at ground level. Instead they carried the package up the stairs and placed it in front of my door prohibiting me from opening the door. I contacted them to pick it up and they sent me a label and told me to take the box to a FED X location. How am I supposed to do that if I can't even open my door and can't lift the box or carry it down the stairs? They can't be that stupid so I have to assume that it amuses them to think I can't open my door! Customer service is worse than non existent!

I never trusted (anyones) auto ship for my pet meds since in the past Chewy has canceled last min because they were out of stock (on other less important items) and I didn't want to be stuck with no meds. They sent me, via USPS, a coupon for 40% (up to 40.00) off my first pharmacy autoship order, so I decided to try it since my pet meds are 250/mo. I could not get the website to take the code so I ended up using the online chat on a later date when I had more time. I explained what happened. Nia J tried to say that it was for first autoship and I had been telling her it was for Pharmacy only. I had to take a picture front and back and send it to them to prove it. So when Nia gets it she says that my dogs meds are not excluded but then said that the coupon was expired. I said yes I tried to use it on an auto ship and it would not work then and am contacting you. So they told me oh well here is a 800 number to call. With this experience I would not trust Chewy with Medication shipment. I thought I would try it and right out of the gate its a problem so its a pass for me. I feel like I dodged a bullet with the coupon experience
We just lost our dog so I emailed chewy to let them know that they needed to cancel our auto ship and delete our account.
I am still in shock of their extremely high level of customer service.
They were incredibly kind and supportive, we exchanged a few emails, they asked if we can send them a picture of our boy that they could hang on their wall, that if we needed anything or talk at anytime they would be here for us through the days months and years to come.
To my surprise this morning they have delivered flowers in a case to our house. Mind you, I was only buying shampoo from them.
My heart is touched by this company and I will rave about them to anyone.

Recently I had to cancel an autoship for my cat that had passed away. Within a week, I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to my home with a heart touching message. I was so touched that Chewy.com took the time to send these flowers to me expressing their sadness in the loss of my beloved pet. I was amazed that any company would take the time to do such a kind thing; and though I thought customer service was a thing of the past, Chewy.com proved me wrong, with the best and kindest customer service ever. I am so impressed, Chewy.com customer service is EXCELLENT, AND SUPERIOR to anyone I have done business with. I cannot express how much this meant to our family.

Answer: If you are having trouble returning an item, call Customer Service and ask them to assist you. My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

Answer: Ever thought of reading the FAQ posted on EVERY SINGLE COMPANIES WEBSITE to answer your own questions? Companies post these FAQ's for a reason. Too bad people are too lazy to read them. Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
