Citizen shipper is a great way to find good pet transportation companies like purrrfect transport. Brian was amazing and there are no complaints from me. There are good people out there and I'm just so appreciative.

Debbie delivered my dog on time, happy, and for the price agreed upon. She kept me updated with pictures and texts. I was thrilled with her service, and it was citizen shipper that provided me with multiple quotes and drivers to chose from.

I Citizen-shipper to send a puppy to a client who had a certain budget. Citizen shipper has been contacting me for ages trying to get my business as a breeder first promising to waive their fee for the first time (this was the first lie) saying that in the reply email to Kristen Stewart she would waive the first service fee with no response. I messaged another person at Citizen Shipper…no response. I went ahead and booked with a company for travel who had really excellent reviews and I trusted to take my puppy on its journey to the new owner. She contacted me after a week apologizing profusely that she was double booked so I explained that unfortunately I would have to have someone else a family member drop off the puppy. I requested that they cancel the booking which it stated in a text to me and on the website email. I have now sent about 20 emails requesting a refund. I have submitted the emails and text messages to receive a email saying I can have another shipper (which I didn't want) I stated right on the website it states 100% guarantee shipment or your money back (another lie). Buyer beware this is very unethical and I'm glad I found out now so I will never use your company again!

Citizenshipper is easy to use and convenient. I was able to post and find a wonderful, peer reviewed and background checked transporter to assist me with bringing my new puppy home. I was given a coupon code to use to make the booking fee more affordable. Posting was easy with drop down menus that specified what breed of dog I was having shipped and her weight, I was able to communicate with more than one transporter before making a decision and was presented with a multitude of price ranges and service types.

There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with P. E. T. S. was! I was in a bind after my sister suddenly passed away and needed to get her blind, 14-year old dachsund, Dodger, across the country. Debbie came to the rescue and took such good care of Dodger. She communicated with me along the way and sent pictures of Dodger enjoying his cross-country trip. Not only did Debbie do an amazing job, she became my new friend and even gave my father a much-needed hug when she arrived with Dodger.
