Ordered online poly wool duster. Hadnt recd for over a month so contacted Customer Service. Got an apology by email from Bailey and a duster was sent quickly. But it was a synthetic duster and not the poly wool one I ordered. By email, Bailey in Customer Service insisted the correct duster was sent. I took a photo of the duster I received and the original order and emailed it to Bailey in Customer Service on November 2,2020 and have heard nothing since.
Ordered Lysol Item from Website Tracking # given was from Package that had already been delivered to me from another vendor in Texas before I even ordered from them. So they are able to hack into USPS computer to give you a real tracking number from someone else who has sent items to your home. Billing was from Dentist in California? Big Scam Stay Away. They make the Nigerians look like amateurs.
I was lucky enough to find this company. Have ordered thru them a few times during this pandemic for items I could find in my area. Them items have arrived very quickly and in good shape. I always breathe a sigh of relief knowing I'm ordering thru them.

First and foremost I usually dont write reviews but I want people to know my experience so they dont have to go through what I went through. I had saw that the tissue was on sale (cleanitsupple brand) and purchased 2 90 roll cases and the quality was very unsatisfying. I know it's just tissue but the 99 cent roll down at the dollar tree is better quality. I also had issues with their 3 ply disposable masks (purchased 3 of their 50 masks boxes) and tried to get a refund. I was unsuccessful in getting my money back as well as any support through customer service. The masks were broken, where almost half of them the strings were not attached as well as the nose part kept breaking out of the fabric holder. I also had other issues with the clorox purchases. Overall I wouldn't personally recommend this company one bit. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I placed an order through this company on March 23rd. The items I ordered were both backordered by 4-6 weeks, and I knew this ordering as it was stated clearly on the product listings. My order total was 2 each of 2 different items, a little over $26. A small order, since this is a site I was unfamiliar with. My card was charged the next day, March 24th, for the full $26 and change. I emailed once week 6 hit, to be told what I knew already, the items were backordered 4-6 weeks. I heard nothing else until the middle of June, when only half of my order shipped (one of the pairs I ordered.) I emailed customer service again, asking for the status on the second set of items. They responded that it was still backordered. I asked them to refund the backordered item. They said yes. 3 days later the shipped item came in. I believe that was June 18. It's now July 10th and I have seen neither the second set nor the refund for them. I emailed them again today but honestly even if they do get back to me with my items or my money I still doubt I'll ever buy from here again. I shouldn't have to hound and pester customer service to get this company to do right by its customers. It shouldn't take this many emails just to get vague, impersonal answers. The shipping itself left a lot to be desired as well. No box liner, no packing materials, just 2 boxes of liquid cleaner tossed loose into a box that easily could hold 4. I don't think I have to tell you what's wrong with that. This entire experience has been nothing short of exasperating. If you're hard-off enough for cleaner to order from these people, don't. Just get some vinegar or bleach from the grocery store and save yourself the headache of going through this.

They were able to get me what I wanted in 1 day. Couldn't be more happy with their service especially with what is going on now.
I have been using CleanItSupply for almost 5 years now and ever had an issue. Once the pandemic hit, CleanItSupply was the only place online that had the stuff I needed (and their videos are hilarious) :)
When the pandemic broke out, this was the only place I was able to find toilet paper, masks, wipes and other essentials. And at a better price than anywhere else. Everything shipped immediately and was at my door very quickly. Knowing that I had these essentials handy made this awful event a little less stressful. Now that I'm working from home (maybe forever), I'm going back often for office supplies, including furniture. The convenience is incredible and the selection rivals Amazon, without having to scroll through pages of products that don't match my search. I expect to be shopping here for the foreseeable future.
Company is unsatisfactory. Product received not what I ordered. They make it impossible to return the item.

Do NOT do business with this company. As others have said, customer service is NONEXISTENT! I ordered a product, then realized it was not the product I thought it was. I cancelled the order by phone AND by email. They still shipped the order eight hours later. They refused to allow a return despite the product still being in the unopened original shipping packaging. Do NOT do business with this company. This was my first AND LAST order from this company.

I ordered a product to three months ago and was told the first four to six weeks then I get emails saying that I should order more of that product while they still have it get my order still hasn't been shipped out and I keep getting the runaround from customer service and if it wasn't for the fact that I cancelled the credit card I purchased it on demand my money back but as I see on here that doesn't make a difference because people don't get their money back from them. This is a horrible company will never do business with them again.
Received damaged items. Sent 2 emails with photos and no response. If COVID-19 causing the delay in response, they should be more careful selling and shipping visibly damaged goods.
I placed an online order with this company on May 8th. In the morning on May 9th I received my order. Everything was there and everything was in perfect condition. I think this company is great!
As a residential customer I placed a small order a little over $75. They send less than $20 worth of the order. I contacted them and received no response after a few days so I wrote again, still no response. I finally sent an email to who I assume is the owner/manager (Danny D) I finally received a response saying that those additional items would take 4-5 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and asked for an anticipated ship date. No response. I asked again. No response. I asked for a refund no response. Asked again, no response. They cater to businesses so I guess they don't care about taking money from residential customers, not shipping product and not responding to them.
I understand they're inundated, but the complete lack of response is unacceptable.
Now I have to find a way to get my money back from my CC company after 30 days, and contact the BBB.
This was the only company that had the essentials I needed during the pandemic, I received my products in a couple days. I am very happy with this business and will continue to shop here
Never told me that out of stock in cleaning supply, told me waiting time is 4-6 weeks after I reached them.
If you had bothered to send an email that items i paid for were out of stock and not being shipped, I would of looked elsewhere. Instead I wait and nothing. Basic customer service would be to send email saying we dont have it. Not sure when I will get a refund. Go elsewhere! Buyer beware.
Placed an order and received email confirmation with correct order quantity. Only received half the order. Even the shipment confirmation listed half the order. No information indicating back order. It's as if they never intended to fulfill the order completely, or perhaps its simple incompetence.
Have made three attempts so far to contact customer service. Their customer service number states that they aren't taking phone calls or voicemails so you have to send emails. Of course they want you to do this because they aren't going to respond to your emails.
So they take an order (in full), confirm the order (in full), charge for the order (in full), get paid for the order (in full), but only ship half. Then they become completely unresponsive.
Save yourself the headache with this company. They are not a professional or reliable organization and they really shouldn't be in business.
I am very sorry I dealt with them and hope that I can help prevent others from making the same mistake.
I can't even say that the customer service is horrible because it's nonexistent. I have been waiting for my packages AND for a response regarding the delivery status. NO return call (which was supposed to be within 2 days of leaving a message), NO return email (which they provide you with but don't bother to respond), and now NO option to leave another message (the call mysteriously disconnects). Shop elsewhere for your cleaning supply needs. I wish I had read reviews prior to dealing with these pretenders. Who dismisses consumers this way at such a horrid time in people's lives? This business has no business being in business!
