I ordered 100 usb keys, were supposed to arrive 7-10 days after order.
They left office after 4 days and they hadn't arrived 20 days later!
I lost my contract and customer faith and they never even started to discuss the issue.
There is no communication with the site either to help with the issue.
I am extremely disappointed!

All my contacts were very polite, fast and direct about everything. Great experience with the site, the suppliers and the sellers. Too bad shipping To Brazil may take longer than expected because of the whole processes of the country.

There were many window options from a number of venders. There were not a lot of close-up, detailed photos, which made it difficult to find an exact match. I thought the my vendor and I were on the same page, especially since I supplied her with detailed, close-up photos of my existing (broken) window. In the end I got a window that fit, but the profile was inside-out compared to mine. I'll have to make it work, since I was not offered a correct replacement. The product cost was very cheap... the shipping was terrible (more than the window).

Placed a DDP order and got charged a very high amount at customs… which made the whole point of ordering high qty directly in China pointless …shame, service was good and quality of product too
It is recommended that you clearly communicate your requirements to the supplier before placing an order, and only proceed with the order after confirming the logistics plan with the supplier.

Regarding the restriction message of sitejabber of 100 characters limitation I can say that it really impedes customers giving reviews
Asked a question t ion was answered within the hour, made an order delivered ahead of time! Unlike Australia post! Express post, sent on the 5th, should have been delivered by the 9th at most but now it's the 17th and even they dont know where my parcel is, that's the difference!
The product seems to be of good quality, butthe freight cost, greatly under stated, made it not really worth the effort. The manufacturer has produced a ccomendable product but the Australian port charges werw a complete rip off.Thankyou to Hightop Company.
The factory I found on the platform sent me prototypes that I approved, but the order I received did not match the fabric validated in the prototypes at all. The platform couldn't do anything for me because the factory had sent me its bank details and asked me to make the payment outside the platform to avoid platform fees. As a result, the $10,000 order is unsellable because the fabric is so thin that it can't be ironed and stays extremely wrinkled.
The moral of the story: never listen to a factory when they ask for this, and always pay through the platform never outside of it.

Though a bit skeptical to start with. The communication were brilliant and the product I have ordered arrived better than I was aspected.
The entire sales process was fast and efficient. Customs clearance was handled smoothly by the carrier. The product arrived as expected: four mBot robots ordered based solely on the description. However, in each of the four boxes, the battery holder was missing, which is unfortunate. Apart from this issue, the rest of the order was compliant.
The company that I ordered from didn't tell me that I would have to pay and additional fee to receive my items from the shipper that they chose, I couldn't afford it so I asked for refund because he didn't tell me that upfront and they closed my case with no questions

I was supposed to paid the second party after a picture of the co tainer loading, but the picture was o ly machines in a warehouse or plant. Finally I received the machine 4 months later! And I did not received information after a lot of requests or wrong information.
Documentation of the machine was not complete and doesn't match with the machine I received
